- Hi everyone, I have been trying to lose body fat, due to health concerns.
Since I have this CZcams account I thought why not post about it? Maybe it could motivate me and others. So I decided to go on some sort of streak. But I was holding a lot of water weight at the start due to a stressful exam period and not a great week of eating. During these 10 days I was visiting my family so I felt better overall but after I went back to Switzerland where I live by my own I felt a little lonely and lost motivation again..
One last thing I want to add is that I've been very chill with the editing of this, I want it to be as low effort as possible. I just need this video situation to keep me on track and disciplined :)
Note: everybody PLEASE be kind, this is a sensitive topic for me to share. Please don't be negative :) Please don't give me other advice regarding how to do my diet/what to eat either (I am intentionally on a low carb high protein diet and my doctor knows about it)

@@JCFProductions Yeah that's another good one! I've recently started watching Always Sunny in Philadelphia and that has a weirdly comforting charm to it as well.
I'm in the process of a weight loss journey as well so this gave me a lot of motivation.
But also congrats to you!
It looked like a very agressive diet plan, but you powered through it like a champ :)
