"Please baby, calm down" Jimin's part, I just can't describe the feeling when I hear this part. For me, this song describes the feeling of desperation, of knowing that you are heading for disaster but cannot do anything other than just holding on. Probably the most emotional song from BTS.

The song, House of Cards is from the 4th mini album, The Most Beautiful Moment in Life, released Nov.30, 2015, track 9. It is a vocal-line song, Jimin, Jungkook, V, and Jin. This was from the July 2, 2016 concert in Nanjing, China. The symbol behind them is Hwayangyeonhwa, meaning The Most Beautiful Moment in Life.
As with most BTS songs this one is also ambiguous, open to more than on interpretation. Some may interpret this based on a failing or faltering relationship and it may become a personally important song to them, It also ties in to the continued story line weaved into the discography which is now continued in BTS World. It also speaks to their personal struggles within the music industry and how fragile fame can be, one could see it disappear in an instant, and lastly in their continued efforts to be the best they can be for ARMY, the often critique themselves harshly feeling that they need to give more, do better for us. They ask in this song that we stay longer , together by their sides.

and i googled it. It was in Manila with ca. 50.000 ARMYs, if i got this right. The biggest stadium, they filled was wembley with 114.000 people in two days

The 花樣年華 are actually Traditional Chinese characters that were incorporated to Korean (Hanja) and mean like everyone has mentioned “The Most Beautiful Moment In Life” which is the name of their album then. One of my favorite songs and I hope the get to perform it again soon.

Can't tell you where it was filmed or translate the Korean in the back but the lights you mentioned in the crowd are called lightsticks. Lovingly nicknamed Army Bombs. They are programmable to your seat number to become interactive during concerts, and gives BTS a way to put on the beautiful lightshows and immerse Army fully in their concert experience.

That's true for the current ARMY bombs but those lightsticks (2015)were earlier models and not so technologically advanced. (wow - that's just 5 years)...

This was a large audience in China. The thing is in the US recently 2021 before they went into the military they played in LA, CA at Sofi Stadium grossing the biggest boxscore of 214,000 for 4 nights amounting to $33.3 million. That's 53,500 seats per night. Everyone enjoyed the concert completely. There was also Las Vegas where they played at the Allegiant Stadium amassing 620,000 in 4 days in person and online.
花样年华 (simplified chinese writing here, but the one on stage is written in the traditional style) is composed of 4 chinese characters, not Korean. (History: a long long time ago in ancient korea, just like Japan, they also used the chinese script but later changed to Hangul) , 花 = flower, 花样 =flowery pattern or various pattern, 年华 loosely translated means years, period. Taken together, the 4 words can be understood to refer to flowery years of my life. or the prime of life. Hope that helps you understand why the stage is decorated with flowers.

When I first heard this (I think it's in Japan - an arena not stadium) at the Most Beautiful Moment in Life Tour (bgd sigil HYYH) ... the song was not a big hit... But what impressed me most on this stage was Jin's vocals... he was so unsure of his ability because he had no singing background, and this was one of their earliest tours, and I thought his voice was stunning in this performance. But the lighting was less than good for this concert as it always seems to be in Japan...(no fan cams allowed)... nice reaction though, there aren't many videos for this song. Thank you.

As a Chinese-Asian older ARMY, the 4 characters hits home to me; it carries the sense of "nostalgia" and "sentimental side" of memories. This song even though sung in Korean language is a beautiful melodic ballad. There are several theories to translate the lyrics of this song, but one stood out to me is "everything from their fame, their fans, their work, their passion, etc. are fragile like in a house of cards. It can come tumbling down anytime at some point but they will continue to go forth and put in every effort to keep it standing as long as possible, working at the insecurities and shadows to make it stand longer."

7:00 Those are the Traditional Chinese characters 花樣年華 (different from the one using in China now, they are using the simplified Chinese characters 花样年华 ) It is just "The Most Beautiful Moment in Life" a.k.a the "blooming age" in Korean or Chinese. And you might see many "HYYH era" "HYYH pt.2 album" in comments that's how Korean pronounce the words "HwaYang-YeonHwa" => HYYH.
花(Hwa)樣(Yang)年(Yeon)華(Hwa) in Krean
花(Huā)樣(yàng)年( nián)華(huá) in Chinese, so some ppl will name it HYNH instead of HYYH but not common unless you are looking for all kinds of fancam of the HYYH concerts like I did ;p.
7:38 According to the voice style of audiences I guess it is at Japanese concert. The Tour is "The Most Beautiful Moment in Life On Stage: Epilogue" or "HYYH on stage: Epilogue" during 2015-2016.

There are 2 albums with this name, pt1 and pt2. This song is in the album The Most Beautiful Moment in Life pt 2. This concert was in a stadium on Japan. And the lights that you saw on the audience call light stick. Each group has their own light sticks. The BTS light stick calls ARMY BOMB. At this time there are 4 versions. I have the version 3 😍. this is an an arena on Japan, the song is so sad even if you read the translation u still can't feel how sad it is, it's so sad for people who understand the korean language, that's why the armys their was calm.. + the chinese character that were their ( they're not korean letters ) are Hwa Yan Yong Hwa which means the most beautiful moment in life and it's the name of the album where house of cards is part of
