Well it’s easier than you think (with the right tools) and the results will not only give you great BBQin’ capability but the satisfaction of building something that brings a huge amount of pleasure and excitement to your friends and family. As well as all this you’ll learn some pretty handy DIY and concept design skills in the process.
Barrel Boy was an idea made into reality. There is no definitive way to build an Oil Barrel BBQ, this is our design and build.
Happy Building, Happy BBQin’.
The Barrel Boys.
Make sure you remove whatever combustible material remains in the barrel if you ever do this, several people have died because they angled grinded an old oil barrel and the remaining fumes combusted and exploded the barrel.
Now thats how you build a Grill
the welding XD
Meh I bought a few of them. Not going to do all this.
What is the song?
Wow awesome
Never seen anyone fuckup a mig weld until now…
Bro where I the world did you learn to weld??? Wtf
Nice job...IF u have a mig welder & access to a workshop which like me many don't. Nice job nonetheless.
Honestly fantastic. I am going to make something similar. Thank you and will also upload a video.
Seems a bit too much effort for what you want to achieve. No need for a welder AT ALL. This can be made with an angle grinder, drill , some nuts & bolts and some rods for legs. No welding, no messing. It is less than an hours work. Removing the paint is easy when your burn it clean the first time you light it.

We're can I get one of these pit
Solo dar las gracias. Justo lo que necesitaba para salir al campo y hacer un asado. Recién terminé de hacerlo y lo voy a probar. Mil gracias
VERY BAD WELDING JOB,,,LOOKS LIKE CHICKEN POOP.
What is the steel strip that you bent for door seal. What would I call it to look for at Home Depot or Metal yard?
Great video what gauge is that door seal for the lid? Thank You
Didn’t see any vent holes for charcoal to burn. (Lower part of barrel).
Nice!! I have made 2 similar ones. I work as a Readymix driver and I use the old water tanks from the mixers that get new ones.
