- I had a lot of fun with this video thanks to @RCJunky !!!! RC-Junky contacted me and said he wanted to donate a brand new Tamiya RC Car kit to the channel. The box arrived and I asked Rob @robbrennanrc to pop over and film the unboxing. But little did he know that I had a surprise up my sleeve thanks to RC-Junky! I hope you enjoy watching how we got him good and proper! 🤣👍

Hi Mark, a lovely RC gift for both you and Rob. On the box that you pulled out, there’s a yellow sticker, stating that there is a forward & reverse speed controller, on the box that Rob pulled out, that sticker isn’t there? 😉🤔🧐. Also, I purchased the ISDT 70 ESC for an up coming project too…see, we’re on the same wavelength 🖐️🤔🖐️. I purchased it some that the modulation can be increased for that crawling control. Oh, you’re going to love the CC-02 build, you, might remember, I built the Mercedes G500 a while back, which is on the CC-02 chassis. It’s very different to the predecessor CC-01. 😊😊anyway…witch 2 x CC-02, I sense a CC-02 built off competition 🧐🤔😎😉🧐best wishes to you and the family 😊😊

I was out with my CC-02 yesterday. I hope you'll love this wonderful gift as much as I love mine. I recommend that you ignore the instructions and build it with both diffs locked - though the instructions deny it, the parts to do that are all there in the box. Please, please, don't fit the silver can! Slow and torquey is what this gorgeous chassis wants and deserves : )

Awsome gifts, i have the landrover and love it, i would recomend locking the diffs, i left mine open and with the high speed gearing as i wont be crawling with it, but it gets stuck very easy 😂 look forward to seeing them both out on the trails together 👍
