The Infrastructure Bill has been creating jobs and fixing infrastructure, and creating new infrastructure all over the nation. Perhaps it has not hit your area yet. Also, some governors have been foot dragging on some of these ideas, so there is that. As far as sending money to other countries, our national budget has had a budget for helping others for years and years and years. It is but a small wedge of the pie that goes to other nations. We are a Democratic Republic and we are a part of NATO so we help other democracies against aggression of the likes of Putin. You might want to write or call your own representatives and ask them about bringing energy and jobs and factory jobs to your area. It really takes a village to do big things.
