Bentley and Murray’s backstories need to be addressed when we get new Sly Cooper Games including Sly 5. For Bentley, I know fans prefer seeing him walking on legs, but for me, I personally like seeing him in a wheelchair because with Bentley’s smarts and intelligence, I see him come off as the Professor X of the Cooper Gang. For Murray, when it comes to his background from that Sly Cooper Website you showed us, Murray is too young at 8 years old to deliver pizzas. Man, after playing all 4 Sly Cooper games and right now I’m currently waiting for Sly Cooper to return, I’m learning new things about Sly Cooper along with theories and potentials thanks to you, Vivi.
The Sly Cooper IP is dead, so i don't know why people keep thinking there's going to be a new game

As a kid I always wondered what Bentley and Murray’s families were like. I really resonate with the series’s overarching themes of family and reputation and how family means more than blood. The fact that Sly always considered Bentley and Murray as members of the Cooper family so much so that he left the entire Cooper fortune to them really spoke volumes.
When sucker punch comes to ggeir senses to make the next sly game, they need to hire you as a lore archivist

@@magickoopa That's a great question! I've probably made a video of similar nature in the past. Long story short, I'd imagine one solo episode for Sly while others (Carm, Bentley, Murray) try and look for Sly.

Bentley was abandoned at the orphanage this is very common for turtles to abandon their eggs, one night when Bentley was getting bullied by some kids at the orphanage Murray stepped in to help Bentley but was beat up by the bullies after that incident they became friends, Then three days later I showed up at the orphanage, before we became the infamous cooper gang we were all working small-time jobs to help fund our ambitions Murray was delivering pizzas at 16, Bentley was working with tech support at 16, and I was a bike carrier delivering packages at 15, eventually we saved up enough money to begin our operations.
Having a game play of the cookie heist would make the cutest flashback opening of sly 5! they'd look so adorable as little kids.

I badly want to rewatch the sly trilogy retrospective from IGK productions someday. It was so well put together I thought! I loved every minute of all 3 videos.

Maybe Bentley was from a family of notorious criminals or something and he changed his background to avoid being associated with them, if not criminals then maybe he was abused by his parents/siblings and opted for the safety of the orphanage hence his timid nature.
I can say this moment has quite about Murray had his character arc
1 he was scared
2 he was macho to muscle and loss in the van then almost his friend.
3 he found his true spiritual center to fight for the ones he cares for.
When I was in middle school i had a friend she was an elder and mother and grandmother i promised her to come to my birthday in the next year on my first high school year 8 years ago on the 17th she died i was mad at myself for that long i told myself never make a promise again and led to my rule to "value those who value you"

Well for Murray’s case
Blaming himself for Bentley’s cause was either that his folks died or Murray’s father was most likely an alcoholic husband

You know, I have never noticed that Bentley needs to shave before 4:58.
I can say one thing turtles naturally hatch and go to the ocean his mom and siblings left then Bentley was a late bloomer he was found and taken in as an orphan that explains why he didn't swim where he hatched and met Murray they were friends and bullied come sly he stood up them and he got in trouble for them and waited to meet them mir days before cookie hiest and escape leading on to a life

Didn't Bentley mention his siblings in one of the games? It was a TMNT/TMHT reference in a sewer area, but it still means that he knows about his blood relatives, where ever they are.
I feel that a mere easter egg to TMNT.
They really should've added the cookie heist to one of the games

The idea of Murray having trauma as a reason for self blaming made me laugh. Only cause I am a person that constantly will blame theirself first, for when things go ary. But I had a very typical youth. No abuse. Just its safer to blame myself. Like the quote says. Also part of a way to control the situation (at least in future tense) If things are MY fault. I can change future circumstances. If things are not my fault, I cant do crap about it, things will still be fked.

Idk the best place to ask this but since it's Sly Cooper related, I figured I'd ask here. It's heavily implied in the ending of Sly 1, but do you think Clockwerk was conscious leading up to and during the events Sly 2? After all, the hate chip was where his being was stored and was completely intact when Neyla kinda just forced her way into it. On the same note, do you think it was truly Neyla (as Clock-la) we were fighting or was it just Clockwerk using Neyla's face? And for a little more juice, what do you think would've happened if Clockwerk would've regained consciousness after Sly reassembled him but before Neyla could fuse with him? Would she have snapped back to reality and helped Sly and Carmelita or would she have joined Clockwerk to destroy everyone?
I think Clockwerk's conscience would be tied to his brain. We never knew what happened to it, it could've been backed up somewhere. As for Clock-La, I think all that hate was getting to her thus her attitude during it.
I just heard that Gaming Heads told Sony to destroy all the Sly and Jak statues still in stock. Will you cover this soon?
I don't think I'll be covering it. I did share my thoughts on Twitter regarding the situation. Gaming Heads' statement feels like it's missing something, like we don't know the whole story. For quite a while customers' ordered haven't been fulfilled. Apparently some have been waiting 5 years for their Sly figure...
Why did Bentley go to a hospital?
Guessing Murray or Interpol took him there after he got injured in Sly 2 after defeating Clock-La.

I personally think that Murray is traumatized from brutally killing all of the guards throughout the series. I think he’s also traumatized from his cross dressing. Murray is an Irish name which implies he’s catholic. He just feel shame due to his not 100 percent straight behavior (I think this should be what sly 5 focuses on rather than slys story). Murray is my favorite character , he reminds me of my friend Alex who also deals with what I mentioned before.

Sly Cooper games have been really important for me a long time since I was a kid and played Sly Raccoon on Ps2 and Sly 2 Band of Thieves and Sly 3 Honor Amoung Thieves with my brothers and friends what are good memories of my childhood. Sly 4 Thieves in Time ruined the whole gameserie with time traveling and changing characters dedienitily Penelope but Sly 4 is a good game with nice craphigs, music and Sly's ancestors defienitily Rioichi and Tennessee are my favourite but character changinges and story is bad on Thieves in time. By the way I didin't knew that hospital story where Sly and Murray taked Bentley back, that story was really interesting thank you VTNVIVI toshowing this amazing piece of Sly and he's gang's forgotten scene. Sly isn't nothing without it's team! 🦝🦛🐢
