There is so much information out there, it’s old and new, but I found somewhere that said one bun needs enough room to stretch out 7 times their size. I have had to adjust a home base hutch and x pen yard a few times.
@Shalysta this new bun hates the dog, but knows when she’s outside and then ventured out. That’s what happens sometimes with shelter rabbits, as the cats get the sound proofing, but not the rabbits.🤷♀️
I love your videos! Not just the content but the videos themselves I love how it’s not a super bright setting (whenever I watch videos and the room they’re shooting in is all white, I get a headache) I also enjoy your tone! Sometimes some peoples set up is far from the camera and they don’t have the proper mics and they talk so loud or it sounds high pitch or echoey.
😂😂😂😂. Sorry but that all sounds like a personal issue....as in visual and auditory problems? Sensory? I mean this in the nicest way possible: double check there's no health issues. 😢
I'm sorry "Ozzy the Bun" doesn't like them but we do. I own 2 of these and they're excellent. We use the outdoor hutch highlighted in this video for when our rabbits go outside for fresh air. We attach a very large X-Pen to it so they can go out on the grass or stay in their pen. I also have the smaller floor cage. I use it as a feeding station. Our rabbits aren't enclosed and are free-roaming house rabbits but they gravitate to their hutches and cages.
One thing I have noticed about America: big homes for people, small homes for rabbits. Small indoor Rabbit cages like the first and third ones are disgusting, way too small and really expensive. I have never seen anyone in the UK using ones like those.
Hello there from Goodyear Az thank you for making this type of videos , we bought one that calls aivituvin for rabbits and Guinea pigs and to tell you the truth to buy something so expensive that the wood is so flimsy and the compress wood just broke and wow the hay trade is blocking the door and for me I think is like you say we have to look very carefully in what we’re going to put our little precious Gabby oh by the way the peepe lick from one side is not it buying this type of cages . By the way good videos 👍👍👍
No where near enough space. When he says ‘room for excersize’ what does he think he means? The bunny can’t even do one long jump over the whole length? I hate this video because it makes people think these are acceptable for rabbits. The ‘large’ cage is about the minimum requirement for a hamster. Don’t be fooled people
All of these cages re cruel and have no room for a bunny to run. Get an X pen, they are only 30-60 bucks and ar eway better that anything he showed. Btw all of those hay feeders are way to small.
People need to understand these are only suitable for sleeping in. It would be like keeping a dog in a dog kennel 24/7. This might be okay for a guinea pig but not a large animal like a rabbit. Please explain in your videos to the new owners that they'll need a play pen setup so their bunnies can stretch , hop, and run! Also, they need litterboxes in their cages and they take up room.
Thank you so much! I have two outdoor rabbits that are currently in the Trixie Natura hutch and I think they will greatly benefit from a bigger hutch! This was very helpful. (:
I hope to god these are free roam bunnys these cages are horrible at best! Tiny ! They need 8 foot per bunny period. That's even for free roaming rabbits. Smh
They show a lot of them free roaming. Having a cage as a home for them to escape to is fine, and actually what you want. Such as keeping them in at night.
that first one (especially) is such a shitty cage and NOT suited for rabbits.. i mean, just look at how that bunny is struggeling. Rabbits dont need a shit ton of tiny platforms to climb, they need space to hop, flop and stretch. the hutches were better, but still really cramped... just get a puppy play pen instead and a litter box - probably cheeper too.
I gave my rabbits a entire room, they still manage to get bored. They do have feelings as a dog, or cat or any house pet you may have. No two tier hutch is big enough for one rabbit, let alone more. Unless it has a nice running length.
I agree with you. But it doesn't change the fact that a rabbit should still be comfortable being in a pen or cage for safety and travel reasons. Some ppl just want a hutch for extra security when they leave the house bcuz their rabbit is free roamed the rest of the time. Let's not judge. 😂
How strong is the wire on the best outdoor hutch? Nice I was looking at a similar one to the best outdoor hutch. The tops have wire and they opened for easy access to the animals also a similar one has stronger wire on the cage. Trunk figure out if thi wire is strong against a fat cat sitting on the wire?
Letting them have a cage as a space of their own is good and even preferred. They can still be free roam but it gives them a place to go to if they don't want to messed with
All of these are just to small! That would be like sticking your child in a crib for its lifespan. NO WAY. My rabbit has ten plus times the space to run in her inclosure than any of those put together. Frankly those cages and hutches are animal abuse.
I wouldn’t get that hutch I have a similar model as an extra habitat and it is the worst hutch EVERRRR if ur keeping ur bunny indoors just get an expen :)
The first one and the third one aren't even ok for a hamster, and your trying to put 2 rabbits in there?! Do research before you post false information!
It’s quite sad, the first hutch is barely big enough for hamster, let alone 2 rabbits :(
Its insanely small.
It's not even ok for a hamster 😭
Who else is a little disappointed?:(
Hi I'm disappointed

uh i think that he likes all these cages more than his bunnyes. Im pretty disaponted. These cages are to small.
You are absolutely right I am of the same opinion too, poor rabbits.

Thank you for the feedback, Emma!

Mine too. Loves her home base during the day, then roams all evening
Large xpen is only 30 buck so much bigger lot more space and so much cheaper

I had two rabbits. Since one of them died, we let the other free roam. We hated having her in a small cage, but are now overrun by poop. HELP!!!!
4 levels does not mean more room, the first cage and last two cages are way to small. Do you even know what a rabbit needs to live a long happy life?
All of the room!!?

Not one of those cages are big enough for rabbits they have to run and jump. The smallest cage would be a 4 foot by 4 foot X pen.

Rabbits should not be kept outdoors.
@@HeatherCashArt say that to every British rabbit owner
These are way to small
Thank you!

I say 16 square for 1 bunny and 24 square for 2 bunnies
@@dangerousish7837 at that point you should have an xpen though
@@sophiekruse6504 yes, x-pen FTW
Hi nice video, how many pounds are your rabbit? The one I’m getting is going to be 5 lbs when older.
What breed?
Which is the safest PREDITOR proof cage for 2 lionheads??
An ex-pen indoors
I didn't see one litter box at all
Thanks for the video!
Lord have mercy this guy doesn't know a damn thing about rabbits.
Have a heart, LOL!

You have too small cages, rabbits do not even have enough space to turn..

Best outdoor hutch is from omlet eglu hutch with 3m run
These are way to small
JUST BUY A EXPEN OR KEEP THEM FREE ROMED IN YOUR HOUSE

Exactly

Rabbits should not be kept in cages or hutches, they are not enough space. They should be kept in an x-pen.
depends on the hutch
Thanks! Trixie natura hutch!

There all to small
I don;t know how yall think that these cages are big. Can you NOT see? the 2 rabbits took up already half the space of the cage. Awful.
"We did a loooot of research"
Clearly not....
RABBITS DON´T BELONG IN CAGES!!!
THE FIRST ONE IS NOT BIG ENOUGH FOR A HAMSTER, ALL OF THESE ARE CRUEL WITHOUT A RUN. DO YOUR RESEARCH!
You deserved more subscribers. I am watching all of your videos and help a lot.
There all too small
I still think they only need a litter box, food-water bowl, LEVELS DON'T CHANGE ANYTHING!
Agreed!

All of these are too small for 2 rabbits. 🤨
Ya this is disapointing
If you're a rabbit mom please get an X pen they're about $40 and a lot more room
bunnies shouldn’t be in cages
This is bad!! Rabbits should not be in cages!!! They should be in x pens!!!!
