My method when going to eat at a buffet is to have a tiny snack an hour before I go. And when I'm there, I try literally everything by having a small amount of each choice. Its the best way to get the bang from your buck at buffets without missing out.

One of the most enticing and luring dishes I have had at a Chinese buffet was the mayonnaise coconut shrimp (plain shrimp) with a coconut sauce, that was so alluring in its taste, I still think about it.

This buffet is 1 of the best ones Ive seen in a very very long time. Most dont serve crab legs anymore. The not so great buffets dont have the quality food that you showed us. Everything looks well prepared!
