In order to tackle a buffet your supposed to eat meats without batter first, heavy foods to light foods. Stay away from the American dishes and always grub on the fish, crab and clams. Noodles and rice at the end. Best way to get your monies worth. 😊👍

ugh. thanks for the tips. I usually end up filling up on celery with salt and pepper (delish!) and water. I never get around to the good stuff. I hate my chiseled physique, rock-hard abs, lush head of hair, and sparkling lively eyes. Maybe now that you've cracked the code for me, I can look like Nik in a few months. Thanks, baby girl!

Have u tried a chinese buffet called "the chinese buffet" like literally that is wot it is called. The one in Bolton is nice most of the time but haven't been 2 "the chinese buffet" for a bit now I think the last time I went was around 1 or 2 or 2 1/2 years ago or somert like that.
