  • Thanks to the developers at Topaz labs, I could remake the upscaling for this fantastic show. Finally the result has much more fine details restored, and the image looks absolutely natural, way much better then the original havilly compessed blocky tv streem video and the earlier upscalled version I have uploaded. Hope you'll like it, Géza.

Can't believe I found this rare appearance by (as Jack said) 'the best friend a song ever had'. He looked so well and at the peak of his form, but the ravages of lung cancer took him backstage forever just one year later. Thank you Vas for a real gem.

This was evidently released in January 1964. Nat King Cole passed away in February of 1965 just over one year away, it was his last television performance.

Oh thank god your back. I’ve been binging all of your Nat King Cole uploads for the past 2 weeks and have been patiently waiting for two months for a new upload! You are doing such great work preserving, restoring, and slightly improving this old footage of an absolute musical genius! Nat King Cole is my absolute favorite artist and preformer and in my opinion one of the best musicians of all time. He was such a class act. There has and never ever will be another Nat King Cole. This world didn’t deserve him and we lost him FAR too soon. I’m so glad someone loves Nat as much as me and has the expertise in restoring this footage and preserving it for us fans of today and and of tomorrow. Thank you thank you thank you so much Vas Géza!!!!!!! Your work definitely brings a smile to my face and definitely does not go unnoticed! Keep it up, for all fans of Nat!
