    Philippines should abandon ONE CHINA POLICY for retaliation of it's illegal act and abusive behaviour in Philippine territory.

      Yes, follow the UNCLOS regulations.
      The SCS sovereignty had been established in the 40's under the new world order after WWII. The Chinese had published the map in 1946 with no contest from UN.
      The 1982 UNCLOS does not work retrospectively. Instead it reinforced Chinese claimed.
      Since the Sovereignty belongs to the Chinese the surrounding water is China EEZ. 👍

    The law of the Sea must be enforced otherwise "unclos" will become irrelevant and the law of the jungle will prevail.

    UNCLOS IS NOT EFFECTIVE, IT WAS LIKE WE ARE GOING BACK TO THE TIMES WHERE THERE WAS NO LAW AND ONLY THE STRONG SURVIVE !

    yes u are talking with sense Ray Powell things that you are saying that Filipinos really need or consult US mutual defense treaty and not just say from Philippine side that its a misunderestanding or accident with matching laugh which is demoralising to our soldiers intead of have to defend

    How about the ASEAN send their coast guard to patrol near China's territory. Doubt that it will happen given that they cowered to voice out concerns regarding to the ill behavior of China.
