I fell in love with them last summer after watching the movie “Titane” and I heard Lighthouse for the first time. It was like his voice and that melody filled my soul. Gave me a longing sensation to find them and spent a night listening and buying my favorite tracks from different albums. I played it for my lover and told him he reminded of that song.
Id heard cave by them YEARS ago, but lighthouse in titane is what did it for me. Their music makes me want to dance under shifting LED lights like I have no worries in the world. Absolutely let loose

I love this band so much. I was extremely lucky to see them live in 2015 and no shows were ever the same after that. Glad to see them still bringing it almost 10 years later.

I don't think I've ever seen so animated a front man in a rock band. Reminds me a little of early Peter Gabriel, but more of a Baptist preacher with a background in musical theater. Is that the intended effect?

I saw them at Hangout around 7 to 8 years ago. Seasons Change was their song. Lead singer had a head wound but still killed it. This song is some of their best! Good lyrics, passionately sung. ❤ it.

I saw these guys at a Weezer concert recently, and the crowd was NOT about it. It made for a more surreal experience, but I do like their music and energy that they have on stage

: I was at the 2023 gig in Bangor, SPECIFICALLY for Future Islands, and I got the same vibe there. Which I'm not surprised - Bangor is full of people who are there to r-a-w-k RAWK, like they just discovered Limp Bizkit from their meth-addicted, grape-like stepdad. They're just not used to this sort of expression, sadly.

@@heidifalzon1479 montreal, july 6th! Tickets just went on public sale today. The venue theyre going to it small, only 2.5 k people and if you wait outside for a couple hours you can get front row standing, a very personal Feeling venue
