Dispite how people feel about Michael bay, he's very creative with the way he shoots the films he works on.
From what I remember on the making of the film, that scene took a specialized build set where the camera tilt was shot on the floor as it spinned around to make it seem as you saw everything.

I loved this movie when it came out in 2003.
Twenty years later in 2023, I still love it. Especially with Will and Martin are arguing with each other during a firefight with heavily armed gangsters.
Those guys are the ultimate tag team for action movies.
Personally out of the two of them Will Smith is the most badass motherfucker while Martin was more like a wingman like Robin.
