9:15 That glitch at the end of Whittleton happens due to a connection issue, it just means the game isn’t registering inputs or outcomes of certain actions. You did lose silent assassin, if you had waited a while longer after KOing that guard, you would’ve gotten a pop up saying “disconnected” or something along those lines.
That’s because IOI loves the series and its fans and was pinched for time due to stupid reasons, whereas Ubisoft higherups hate the players, fun, and their series’

Muffin boost and shooting into the sky was actually patched. Then re-added in by the devs for speedrunners. Good devs for re adding glitches that dont kill the game completely and are fun
A strange glitch i found, is that if you leave a gun in front of a door, and accidentally get into close combat with your victim on the other side of the door, they'll see the gun and take it back to a safe place instead of investigate the close combat. Saved me a couple times in freelancer.
9:03 if that civilian reports to a guard you will loose SA, they somehow know things by magic when you do too much "violence" around them. Just like guards see through your disguise if you shoot too much even if they didn't see you. They instantly turn orange becsuse they alerted eachother on radio/cane into proximity of eachother.

I've been playing Hitman Absolution the last few days, trying a bunch of different stuff from killing everyone and only leaving naked bodies all in one place without loosing my suite or changing clothes while anyone is alive. To not killing anyone or as few as possible. Would love to see you try some challanges in the old Hitman games. Blood Money had a glitch that happened to me multiple times where dead bodies ran around and alerted guards for some reason. In Absolution I only managed to glitch myself into a car and hide inside it.
There is a glitch that allows you to kill the Constant (the target that you should not kill). You must open the inventory at the same frame that the "mission failed" menu appears, when this happens hide an object in a suitcase and you can continue the mission. Unfortunately you cannot finish the mission with the glitch active, the glitch also works with Diana.
There is a glitch where if you drop a npc pick upable item like a rubber duck and pick it up right when they do it will double the item. Then you can knock out the npc and you have double that item. Then rinse and repeate for more of that item. However its rather tight timing. Maybe using low frame rate might increase the timing gap, or high frame rate might increase it. Comes in handy for the explosive phone.
The weapon hook (where they chase you) Let's say you're wearing a guard disguise. Go way ahead, change disguise, and double back. Target will go to the discarded disguise. Good for remote detonations or long distance sniper kills.
You're wrong about a few things, IOI fix the actual game breaking glitches. They're quite good about it. But they also know their audience and respect them, so they will often unfix some glitches that, while atypical, are skill based and aren't broadly game breaking. Like the H2 briefcase. At release, someone missed an integer on the velocity when the case is thrown, making it move hilariously slowly and 'home in' on people around corners, etc. They promptly fixed it, which came with some disappointment from us because it was funny. So they added it back in as a reward for an escalation. The Mk II version of the briefcase has the same slow movement, but all others move at intended speeds. Same with the muffin glitch/breakables glitches. They fixed them, but later said this was unintentional because it was such an interesting exploit for speed runners and added to the variety of gameplay without offering an instant win condition or anything. And true to their word, they added it back in a few months later. Show me any other dev with that level of self awareness, where they not only bug fix their game, they're self aware enough, and in touch with their community enough to see when a bug unintentionally improves the game to the point they add it back in.
so you can safely use explosive to boom yourself up through a floor with a broken violin but i get wallbanged through a safe and a concrete wall by napoleon blownapart.
the silent assassin glitch might have something to with your internet connection . when i play hitman with bad internet it takes a long time for the game to notice i've lost SA . plus SA does not exist in offline mode so there is a high chance its network related .

bro, can you beat hitman using only one bullet from each type of gun (like, you can only shoot one shot of any gun, but after doing it, you are no longer able to use any gun of that type, like, you can only shoot one time with an pistol, one with an sniper, one with an ar, and after u shoot, you are not going to use that type of weapon you shot for the whole challenge)? it would be an good challenge
Wanted to pointlessly elaborate on some of the glitches here! Bc I love talking mindlessly about this game As for the peekaboo 'glitch,' this works only with trespassing enforcers from what I can tell. I have gotten very confused trying to peekaboo npcs and failing, but it was because they were enforcing my disguise and not location. And for the opening locked doors glitch! This works because when you pause the game repeatedly, you can shoot way faster than you normally would be able to with a pistol. From what I've heard this just causes the game to assume that it's a burst weapon or some other fast shot gun that should be able to open doors under normal circumstances.
I’m pretty sure the locked door pistol glitch is because there’s a 1 second delay before you can fire another shot. Pausing the game doesn’t pause the timer and you are able to shoot instantly because of that
I'm curently trying to get 20/20 mastery on all missions and in whittleton creak I somehow managed to get the property salesman guy to go meet the target and while they were going to the basement I knocked out the bodyguard. When I came to the basement where the salesman was supposed to be taling to Nolan, the salesman just dissapeared. i don't know where he went but i took the opportunity to kill him and complete the run on sa/so XD
When I went for SASO a couple years ago Miami was particularly annoying for me because shooting her car ALWAYS caused a non-target kill. How did you crash her car without the non-target kill?
maybe 47 has extra animation when walking normally, but when aiming gun it doesn’t play and instead has 47 instantly fall down the step, saving a small amount of time? idk tho
I don't know why you didn't lose Silent Assassin as he should have been able to see the knocked out person... But I think you didn't get compromised because the person didn't actually physically see you... Just knows where you are and that you performed an illegal action.
