Some of these cars were probably the oval version, you're right, but they actually do have road course chassis that are symmetrical.
@@jetstream01 even the road chassis aren't perfectly symmetrical. Neither is the aero package either. The bodies are still "skewed" some.
The new next gen bodies and built the same way for road coarses and ovals the new cars a perfectly symmetrical.
