I own a restaurant and im white this is very simple - for the record I am not racist - blacks don’t tip no server I have wants to wait on them , if things aren’t 100% their way they leave a bad review and complain about everything. Also I go to florida 6 times a year if I stop at a restaurant and it’s all black workers I leave because usually the place is nasty and service is horrible. Idc that u think I’m racist. The main thing slowing blacks down is education, the second is attitude. I’m not perfect and never will be but I will never be negative to my customers or have a nasty place!

There's a black-owned business in my neighborhood and I gave them several chances the first year they were open. Every time the service was painfully slow and the staff was surly. The final straw was going in for a burger after work one day. Called an hour beforehand to place the order and it still wasn't ready when I got there. When it finally came out, the patty was the size of a half dollar and they tried hiding it by putting extra toppings on like I wouldn't notice.
Just pushed it back across the counter and left. Never again will I go out of my way to support a shitty business that banks on white guilt to compensate for their shitty standards.

I went to the local Taco Bell some months ago. I stood at the counter to place my order for several minutes because all of the employees (I’ll let you guess what color) were busy at the time. No problem - they were working and were most likely short staffed. When one of them finally came up to me she said I had to use the kiosk to order. One of the two was out of order and there was a deaf person and his companion who spoke very little English at the other. Needless to say it took them a long time to order. Again no problem, they were there before me. So by the time my turn came there were a couple more folks behind me. Just as I hit submit to place and pay for my order a woman (guess what color) entered and went up to the counter. The employee who told me I had to use the kiosk immediately stopped what she was doing and took her order at the counter. I don’t go to the local Taco Bell anymore.

Same thing here in Houston. There was a black owned seafood restaurant that opened in 2021 and it was the hype then. Fast forward, the bad reviews started pouring in on yelp and other platforms. The main problem was the horrible customer service. I read them but I still decided to go. The food was good, I had no complaints. But the atmosphere was bad. The music was too loud, not family friendly and the food took too long. The restaurant didn’t last more than 18 months and it closed down. It should have closed a lot sooner.

Great interview. I'm an old guy now. I've been buying services and products my whole life, obviously, and I never even ONE time, not ONCE in my sixty six years, gave ONE thought to the color or nationality or race of the people selling or owning the business of anything I wanted to buy. I'll say this though, and I've stuck to this for a lot of (all recent, obviously) years; when I see a business advertised as "black owned" I avoid it like the plague. I see many of them on Yelp advertising in my city here in Ohio as "black owned" and that tells me they are all for segregation. I wanted to try a new take out place that opened up a while back and when I saw it advertised as "black owned" as disgustingly, Yelp has a section or a category for just that, I immediately dismissed it. That alone made me NOT want to go there and patronize it. I would NO MORE shop there or buy food or a dinner from them than I would from someone who advertises "white owned". Nope. I go to Costco fairly regularly, and I see a big SUV there quite often (to the point where I think maybe an employee drives it) parked in the lot where customers park, and on the sides of it there is a business of some type advertised on it, and ALL OVER it it proclaims that it's BLACK OWNED. I wouldn't buy a pack of gum from a business that puts race or any type of identity in front of service or products. All that ish does is divide us more than we already are, and frankly, this guest is speaking the truth. I live in Cleveland, and the horrible attitudes with clerks and other people at the stores is disgusting.

Black owned businesses usually announce that so other blacks intentionally support. Not to disparage any other group. Look around your neighborhood, like 90% of everything is owned by white ppl. The businesses, the infrastructure, the real estate, the government. When a black person says black owned. It’s saying “hey white ppl, black ppl, Asians, everyone. Come support me because I really need it. I LITERALLY DONT HAVE ANYTHING ELSE. You’re probably just raci.. nvm.. 😅

I went at 5 in the afternoon (They closed at nine). They were out of corn bread, Mac and cheese, chicken, and potato wedges.

They are notoriously cheap tippers if they tip at all. Many will look for or create a problem in order to reduce or walk out without paying the check. They demand immediate attention, make changes to menu items (as if they are chefs) and complain very LOUDLY. Always a conflict and a bad scene when it comes time to depart. Then they go and leave bad reviews. They don’t frequent “black owned businesses” because they are wise to this crap and because “black owned businesses” don’t stay in business long. I’d prefer they stay away from my restaurants. I don’t need, nor do I want their business. Take out food is ideal for them, but not sit down/dine in. They aren’t geared towards family settings. I’ve owned restaurants and been in this business over 50 years.

When youtube was better about sending chat notifications I would troll with true statements to people that never mention those things. Such as vegan foods causing far more animal deaths than cattle. Or Wind power being less environmentally friendly than most other types of energy. Due to a few factors. Such as construction, replacement of blades, being an energy drain during no wind because they have to spin the blades to prevent warping. Then you have the battery problem.
You can also consider editorial bias. Different people look at problems differently and care about different issues. Such as animal conservation and hunting. Too many deer in an area and you can lose the whole herd due to starvation and disease. So you cull the herd and those that live thrive.

There are a lot of good points made in this video, it really annoys me when I go to some businesses where Black people are the serving you and some of them do not even have the common sense to greet you, say thank you or display a total lack or courtesy. If we can't respect each other, how can we get upset when we are not treated well from other races. When I first move to Maryland back in 1983, it was almost like being in another country, people did not speak to you, gave you dirty looks and were rude as hell. When I went back to southern VA and South West VA where I was raised, you got better treatment from predominantly White businesses.
You would think that in an area like DC and Prince George Country Maryland that you would be treated very well being that most of the people in businesses are Black employees, wrong, these are some of the most ill-mannered people that I have ever come across. SAD!!

When I was riding dirty last year, three cops pulled me over. And they didn't tow my car 🤷🏾‍♂️ Why? A good attitude goes a long way. I didn't lie to them, I told them the truth, and I was respectful. Most cops don't want to deal with a whole bunch of paperwork, snatching you out of the car, and all of the extra drama.
Don't give cops a hard time and they won't give you one. A lot of them can just give you warnings, and let you go about your day, depending on your attitude.

Joe even said " a once and a life time opportunity " to fix the system. So instead of being POSITIVE Trump was going they went into overdrive with "systemic racism". A portion of blacks gobble this up. It keeps them angry and they act out by committing crimes. People like Jesse and this dude tells the TRUTH and these are the true messages blacks need to hear to put them on the path. But not their fault. Dem's and the left are using "RACISM" just for votes. Ray Daniel's made a great point on comparing customer services between Chic-Fil-A and McDonald's. Mostly every Chic-Fil-A drive-thru you pull up to, they have their customer service Technicians Outside , greetings you at your vehicle, walking up to you and taking your order. As with McDonald's, that'll never happen in ages!

I was one of two white people where I worked for 7 years. everyone else was black. I met great people and horrible people.
I may sound ageist but i found the older black employees to be hard working, honest and kind hearted.
But the younger ones... where do I start?
Treated the disabled in our care horribly. Ignored them to talk or play on their phones, watch tv, have friends over, leave the individuals alone in the house, etc.
Then there were the ones who abused the people in our care. And by abused I mean put them in the hospital! And these workers covered for each other, protected each other and lied for each other.
The older black employees felt the same way I did. They would ask for older staff to be placed in our site because we had so many bad kids come and go.
I'm sure there were great younger black employees... we just never met them.

Living in New Haven CT and now Springfield MA I know exactly what you're talking about. As if before the civil rights movement blacks had to make a living as individuals and all it implies: Courtesy, taking responsibility, showing up for work every day, caring for a family, making their own way. The entitlement, the blaming of other people for failure, the free stuff from other peoples $$, all of it can be reduced to being punked by the socialist left in the name of "compassion". Victims aren't expected to better themselves! Distilling it further, it's bribes for votes. 90% of the victim classes always vote the same. Just my opinion but no other explanation seems to fit.

How could you and the sane people there let this happen, abusing weak and disabled people. They abused people in YOUR care?

    • @PaulDoe79
      @PaulDoe79 Před 7 měsíci +10

@cleopatra1633 not the people in my care. The agency I worked for. We had staff come in and neglect the men in our care (not cooking for them, giving them their medication, taking them out into the community, etc) and we reported them repeatedly. They had friends at the office protecting them so we had to go to the state anonymously just to get something done.
The cases where the individuals were hospitalized were at other houses. The staff that did it were reported previously and nothing was done due to them having friends in high places. Luckily they were fired once the state began investigating.
I left the agency after I contacted the Vice President of the company over my concerns about a girl that came into our house. I never saw her abuse the men in our care but I didn't like the way she spoke to them. One of the men (the one who could talk) came to me and complained, wanting to file a complaint against her. They did NOTHING. Even when I contacted the corporate office, documented my concerns and let his conservator know. Within 3 months of this girl arriving the health of BOTH men in our house began to decline. 3 of us complained to so many people and they did nothing until I took one of the men to the hospital due to nonstop diarrhea. Finally the state began an investigation into what happened and they saw all of my reports where I documented my concerns and who I reported them to.
I was punished for this by being taken from the house I worked for over 6 years and played in the home of a level 6 schizophrenic. He wasn't the issue. The staff there was. They left me alone with this man on my second shift (level 6 requires 2 staff members at all times) and then tried to make me stay and work an unscheduled shift because one of their staff was a no call no show.
I knew then they were out to get me because I reported their friends. I hated leaving the men I'd taken care of for 6 years but luckily my co-worker is their house manager and I can visit anytime.

there is a huge challenge right now with the incredibly low literacy rate of black males (and some black females) in the US right now. the US is "graduating" kids they KNOW can't read, can't complete basic math equations, and don't know basics about science, history, government, economics, health, etc. All of which makes it difficult for them to get employment and very vulnerable to word of mouth/oral storytelling because they don't have the baseline knowledge to push back on what most would recognize as false narratives/emotional manipulation.

Last comment, I truly believe there is a large segment of our race that has normalized and accepted bad attitudes and mindsets, normalize chaos, and have convinced themselves to live in a perpetual state of 'victimhood'...we must, as a ppl, uplift ourselves from such destructive mindsets and behaviors...many do thrive and strive to be their very best in this fashion...sadly, too many don't!!! Keep listening, but make your own choices based on whatever your conscience tells you to do. I love Jesse, but if I had taken his advice verbatim, I'd have caused all kinds of hell. Don't worry that you don't know which way is up, that just means your ready to find direction.

Great comment. I pray Jesse Lee lets up a bit on the woman being Satan's daughter.
I believe he either does it for the views or if he's got a problem still with his mother because a lot of his male guests remark to him about his angry view of women. God Bless Jess Lee.@@JonRoy_ZA

My wife went into their community in London to give them a chance to work at GAP on Oxford St. She picked the best available, withing 2 weeks they had all let her down. Her comments were "Never Again".

As a White person from Europe I am in awe how lost (most) black people are. They are of pure evil. Not all, not all, but most. They hate us to the core and will not stop at Genocide. Jesse speaks the truth. It's time for the black people realise the plantation is real and their whip masters are demons like Sharpton et al and THEIR masters are the DNC. Realise it!

    I truly can relate!!
My hell was being incarcerated at 19 years old in North Carolina to life without parole after turning myself in and confessing.
I learned how to read from the help of white men after my spiritual awakening

I worked at McDonalds. They never ever said that I had to get the customer out in 30 seconds. In fact, what they said is that I had to SERVE the customer within 1:30. He’s wrong.

I got fired because I gave away extra BBQ sauce. That explains so much. These workers defend their ketchup packets like their lives depend on it. They use to have the ketchup out so anyone could go grab some, but then they hid it behind the counter and you need to ask for ketchups. But when you do they say "hold out your hands" like they're about to give you a bunch of ketchups but then they just squirt the rest of a mostly empty packet in your hands.
But I ordered 2 large fries, but I'm only allowed this little blob of ketchup that you just squirted in my hands?!
That's McDonald's. Don't get me started on what burger king does.

One of your better interviews Jesse. This guy is learning how to take care of his own economy. Really good stuff. And on another note males produce females females produce males. Alpha males produce strong females that in return make lots of strong babies. Good job love the interview I’m a big fan.
