We feel very lucky that we've had the opportunity to be here. The food is such a huge part of the culture here and it's insane how easy it is to find a great meal! We have been welcomed here everywhere we have been and we will be very sad when it's time to move on. I have a feeling this isn't the last we will be seeing of Vietnam though 🇻🇳
Northern Vietnamese people often do not eat meat bánh mì . We often eat bánh mì with fried eggs, pate, sausage "an old type of sausage" along with some pickles. I've been eating them since childhood until now
this shop owner ,she is not original come from Southern of Vietnam, Banh Xèo is the southern food , specially famous food in Mekong Delta area, the local pepeole cook Banh Xèo here , not use too much cooking oil like her!
