- Today we are washing a nice beautiful house and detached garage that will be put on the market to be sold. I received the lead from one of my realtors that I network with. 2nd job was a customer that reached out to me from Google, she needed just the fascia cleaned because shes getting gutters installed. I also cleaned her small patio and driveway/sidewalks. Thank you everyone for the love and support!

I use M12 batteries. I got the x6.0. They last at least 2 jobs before I charge them.

Im just getting into the business. When you apply SH with a Softwash system do you also rinse with it or rinse with a pressure washer
If I was to apply sh with a softwash system to a house, I would definitely rinse with the pressure washer since my softwash system is a 12v pump. It doesn't have enough rinsing power. But in this video I'm downatreaming (applying sh) with my pressure washer, so I'm able to rinse with the pressure washer as well.

Nah not over here at least. I do have a permit for my county but long as you have a registered business with the state you can pretty much work everywhere.

Nothing you can do! Nobody is going inside to check window seals. That's why you add that in your terms and condjtions go note that you're not liable for things that are out of your control like window seals, door seals, broken glass, etc..

My machine is pretty set at 3500. It's all about the tips, the tips control the pressure. I don't mess with the machine at all once it's set, I just soft wash with my jrod and surface clean around 2800psi
