I despise the fact that this isn't in D4 which should be the flagship game right now and it's in the micro transaction hellscape of a mobile game. It just proves constantly they have great ideas, talented people but the focus and players are not the priority as a company. It's about adding friction to play journeys and pumping those numbers.
Definitely agree with you. I think it's an interesting concept for a class, but I'd rather have something like a Paladin or Knight in Diablo 4. I just feel like this is a little too much for the more grounded look and feel they were going for in D4.
