2 corrections buddy.
1. UCE engine doesn't come with a timing belt or chain. It is a push rod engine.
2. UCE engine has only 2 valves. Not 4

Dear Friend, For Royal Enfield, the Cam Shaft is not in Cylinder Head, as we have in all other four stroke engines. In RE, the Cam Shaft is located near the Crank Shaft and push rods are used to operate the rocker arms. This arrangement is a point of concern for most of the RE vehicles.

0:49 A small correction, this is old Cast Iron engine, it's not Unit Construction Engine(UCE), CI engine have different units for mainly the Engine, the Gearbox and the clutch. In UCE engine, all are built into one unit.

@Danish Amin the crankcase is made of aluminium, the cylinder is made of Cast Iron, hence it's known as Cast Iron engine. No idea about compression ignition or anything. By the way, which petrol engine came without a spark plug 🙄

Bullet have 2 valves per cylinder and its a OHV setup but in your video it shows a DOHC with a 4 valves per cylinder setup.
That i just gave for demonstation purpose.
Longer stroke ,lower RPM ,heavy flywheel and different silencer pipe creates this type of sound.
Nice but, There are some mistakes. Bullet haves pushrod valve mechanism

Well actually the dug dug sound doesn't come when the fuel burns or during power stroke, the typical sound is generated in the exhaust stroke because the pressurized gases escape the cylinder through a small valve

You didn’t explain why the dug-dug sound comes as many bikes have twin cam, 4 valves & twin plugs but dug-dug sound missing. If silencer doesn’t do the sound than because of which part the dug-dug sound emerges.

Its a pushrod engine, not one with timing chain also it has two over head valves instead of four, and the longer stroke with pushrod makes this engine to rev low with torque giving it the dug dug

Bro, royal Enfield has only two valves, not 4 and this is also the reason for dug dug sound. If you provide 4 valves then dug dug sound will vanish.

Overall nice video but Royal Enfield doesn't have DOHC cylinder head in bullet 350 . They have OHV and camshafts are having sprockets instead of gear , High compression ratio and less clearance volume is the reason for that duk-duk noise .

For 350 cc oldmodel your video shows the clutch case on the right hand side and similarly the timing case is wrongly shown on left side
But it still doesn't explain the real question. Why that sound?
What you explained is pretty much how every 4 stroke IC engine works. What's unique in RE bikes?
Its the stroke lenth which is longer compared to other bikes..
RE ke es engine me camsaft nhi hota hydraulic hota hai or esme belt nhi timing rod hoti hai
If u think dug dug sound is not comes from its silencer then u wrong 🙏
If u listen the sound with stock silencer then u understand the re has less engine noise but much vibration 🙏
My friend stock silencer has less sound because it has more filters.

One more reason for deep Dug dug thumps in old model... It's Cast iron block (instead of aluminium block of new engine).

When you Swift of the kill switch and give accelerator the air fuel mixture doesn't get burned so it goes from head to silencer when you turn on switch whole thing get spark and blast that's pataka
Pataka is harmful for long life and performance of engine.... Pataka is fun for us but it is bad for engine of our valuable bike...
