If these videos teach me anything it's that Buzzfeed employees get hella good food perks.
+filteredcreativity right? It's like every day is "free *insert food* day"
that is so fucking true
+filteredcreativity Are you the same as me and just think they have basically one of the best jobs ever!
I would give my left arm too work for them xD
PROTIP
+Daisy Ramirez what's protip?
lol they didn't start them off with some recipes and guidance? Wow. It's like throwing a person who can't swim in the deep end and laugh as they sink! They need education and guidance to make a huge change like this.
+SereneChaos Uhhh thats how I learned how to swim
And I was 5
CHANKSPLOON Lol aww!
+SereneChaos I understand your point, but that's how I learned to swim! Well, my Minnie Mouse floaty ring popped in the deep end, but close enough!! Lol
Well they could look it up ...
+SereneChaos I thought that was what the point of having a professional raw chef there was going to be for.. but nope. He's there for one recipe, after they've already spent the week struggling and hating it...
I feel like they should have got a meal plan to follow so they know what they can eat! It seemed like they were all starving themselves!
Same w the vegan video, they're cutting things out and not replacing them, then saying it's because the diet doesn't work. Like if they went to a rock climbing place they'd have some instruction and safety ropes at least, so w this they should get at least a meal plan like damn
Exactly! the vegan video annoyed me to! This isn't people eating a raw diet for week it's just people not knowing what they can eat & starving like obviously they aren't going to feel well when all they eat is a few apples haha
If you work 8-10 hours a day. There's no way you can stick to this excuse of a "lifestyle". That much effort/preparation for a tiny dessert? The prices on those ingredients are ridiculously expensive. No junk food at all? That doesn't seem fun nor budget friendly. I doubt anyone in the right mind will stick to this expensive and time consuming diet (not a lifestyle).
Combat Arms F0wnage I was just saying they should have got a meal plan because they didn't know what they could eat. I never said anything about the budget or fitting it in with work or whether it was achievable for the average person. Did you respond to the wrong comment?
I would say junk food diet is a excuse of a "lifestyle".
They literally could've googled Raw vegan recipes.
ruby hopper that is so true they really should have thought about that
sarah gray nope
Yeah
He doesn't like googling.
Literally? Not figuratively googled?
Why do people freak out if you eat a lot of bananas but are fine if you stuff yourself with junk food?
literally lmao
because most people don't eat six banana's in one day
+Chapped dude i eat 10 to 20 a day
Maybe because eating a lot of bananas will give you constipation? But I'm not sure if most people know that.
+YouJustGotAnimated I heard that only unripened bananas causes constipation, and ripe bananas actualy HELPS relieving constipation (By "heard" I meant I just googled it .-.)
Why weren't they given the chef session at the start? Day 6 is far too late.
So they went from an extreme of not knowing what food options are available to them - to a heavily complicated recipe mode of preparing palatable foods? I don't understand why Americans have to complicate everything so much - and love to dwell in extremes. A more qualified expert/ chef would have met vegan neophytes half way - and to encourage healthy eating - introduced them to more manageable/ attainable food prep ideas.
bars garle imaging
BuddyBontheNet I think that is part of the point... making a video like this shows people number-one: the stigma that they believe about things like raw food and number two: it also shows the general Public's lack of education about food basics.... if the guidelines for raw food stated that food was not allowed to be above 110 degrees in temperature, then I'm guessing and from this video have seen that none of these people tried to eat an egg. if you cook something at a lower temperature it just takes longer to cook but that doesn't mean you can't eat it. . also, these people obviously didn't know that raw Sugar forms (like pure stevia) exist.... that's kind of the key behind stereotypes in this education and misleading information...... ignorance.
Actually, for things like eggs, they have to be cooked above 110 degrees to be deemed safe for consumption. This goes for other meats too and generally anything that could be carrying diseases or microorganisms, like milk. Then again, you could cook an egg below 110 degrees, but it would be at your own risk.
What?..they all of a sudden dont know to do a quick youtube search?....it's not like there's not enough vegan.raw food channels to source info...
Poorly done. There are thousands of foods you can eat if you're raw. Why wouldn't they prepare them from the beginning?
Yeah, the whole 'only eating bananas' thing kind of bothered me for that reason. If you're going to agree to try this for a week, you should put in some actual effort.
Salads are raw. They can just eat salads all day.
I feel like I want to try the avocado chocolate pudding now !
It´s delish. I made it with an orange and it took away the avocado flavor. Also put dates in to make it sweeter and more of a pudding consistency.
It's so good 😻😻😻
Whats a good video for the recipe? :)
Can someone summarize it for me lol ??
Alexis Ingram this video smh
I can't wait for Freelee's reaction
Lol
omg same
yass
Creato Kato 😂
Millie Taheem She did, she wants me dead.
Why do they never do any preparation in these videos? It's like "People try bungee jumping" then just give them a rope and start filming!
This vid and the vegan one are clear examples, but so is the goth one etc.
People who go raw and/or vegan are informed, they look for recipes and get prepared!
But they forget to ask experts in medicine, who will remind them that there's such thing as too much vitamins, fiber and water. That plants don't containe all 16 essential amino acids. That plant protein comes with risk of high estrogen, and risk of testicular, prostate and breast cancer, and that plants are full of carbs and trans fat.
*****
Omega 3 and Omega 6 are in very miniscule amounts in certain foods that are unhealthy to be eaten in large amounts. You can get enough of it from the plants, but at the cost of other problems.
When I wrote the comment, I hadn't known about the estrogen. I wasn't referring to estrogen. I was referring to phytoestrogen. That doesn't cause high amounts of estrogen. It does however contain lots of phytates and causes thyroid issues.
"they have no transfat"
Until they're processed. Unless you go raw, which is even worse, you're going to be consuming trans fat on a regular basis, and even more, if you want tasty food.
I don't read one or many blogs. I read articles, and find other articles or references through blogs. If I got my information from blogs, I would barely find any anti-vegan information, since the vegan propaganda is very good, and is literally everywhere. No escape.
*****
"Omega 3 and Omega 6 are found in large amounts in things like flax, chia, hemp and dark leafy greens."
That's just plain wrong...
"Animals don't create the omega 3/6s"
EPA DHA
Phytates slow absorption of minerals and vitamins. In plants that contain a lot of saturated fat or protein, there is too much phytates. (unless you're going for fermented soy)
"so eat a little bit"
That's what I'm saying.
www.fda.gov/Food/ResourcesForYou/Consumers/ucm079609.htm
"tasty doesn't mean cooked in oil, really."
If it's vegan, it sure does... Can you cook with butter, instead?
"I never said anything about Veganism"
I was. If you're arguing about an argument against veganism, I'm going to continue referring to veganism. That's my whole point here... If you're not vegan, you're getting everything you need without working hard, paying too much, and getting more flavor.
*****
Sigh...
Fish have it in huge amounts, and you can't eat seaweed every fucking day. And definitely not in large quantities. (even if it is pretty tasty)
I don't care about what you tell me. I care about biology.
In order for stuff to taste better, they need to be cooked. Usually with oil, or butter. None of it tastes as good as deep fried. Vegan food in general isn't satisfying or as tasty as meat and dairy.
Fried food is delicious, and is absolutely worth it. It also isn't really bad for you if eaten in right quantities. Fat Head debunked that long ago.
I don't want to work hard for good food, when I can work normally for even better food. Life is not worth it, if you can't live it. I don't want to live a long life. I just want to live one. There's no point without fun.
". I don't want to live a long life. I just want to live one. There's no point without fun."
With this statement you've just proven you know perfectly well that your statements on nutrition were just plain wrong and that you know how healthy a plant-based diet is. If you want to be unhealthy, own it, don't try and pass it off as anything else 'cause it just makes you sound ignorant.
Major fail, eating raw is super cheap & super delicious, none of them did it right. & why would the chef try to teach them something that takes so many ingredients? You'd think he would show them something simpler to inspire them, not put them off
camilabmolina explain?? I want to try it but I'm not sure where to start
camilabmolina How do you do start??
freelee has a video i believe
Fully Raw Kristina is a great CZcamsr with Raw Vegan Recipes!
Truly Charlotte Fully Raw Kristina lives a very expensive vegan lifestyle. Also esting raw can be very expensive depending on where you live. Cooked food isn't the devil! Do what works for your body
What usually annoys me with these videos is that they're usually never prepared enough and they end up eating too little or too little diversity, which makes them end up being tired and hungry all the time and with a negative impression of the different lifestyles/diets.
"if i had a dollar for every time i heard that" THE GIRLLLL
OMG I KNOW I WAS LIKE OMG
THICC
3:28 LOL
😂😂😂 yuck
I died 😂😂 #awks
I swear to god buzzfeed is always giving away food in these videos
Exactly
Evillll!
ikr
Haha ikr
maybe they have a free food every week or smth since my mothers office do that like a few days in a week theres free food or fruit
Steven: When was the last time you went to McDonald's?
Jason: 1996
Steven: Oh my Lord
I just don't get how none of them prepared food? You don't have to buy a $10 wrap you can make one. I know that peoples lives are busy and cooking takes time but they're cooking for one person, it's a basic life skill, no wonder they're all hungry and woozy
You need a few IQ points to be vegan. No getting around that
Oh god...Freelee is going to make a video about this......
PROTIP
You know it girl!
PROTIP
Can't wait!
get ready for the ad hominem

He wouldn't have a single dollar because of jokes like that.
*they did not eat enough food at all*
Chocolate comes from Cocoa,
Which is a Tree
That makes it a plant.
Chocolate is salad. (⌐■_■)
seems legit
how isn't this the top comment?
antonia avila ( ̄^ ̄)ゞ
meat comes from animals, animals eat plants, you are what you eat, animals are plants
+Orlando Villalba does that make us plants or animals ?
The guy kept referring to *raw vegan* diets, but animal products were allowed in this diet? o___O
Came here right after you commented
IKR
I mean I've never seen anyone eat raw and not also be vegan, it's always called raw vegan
Omg hi I am a big fan of u❤️😊✌🏼
+Sophia Vigneri Haha, welcome :)
1:13 Shane's Gravity Falls hat 😁👏👏
I might be wrong, but I'm pretty sure raw diets are bad for you. One of the only reasons we became the smartest mammals is because we cook our food, which makes it easier to digest. Being vegan and COOKING your food, though, is very healthy.
There's no way I could even be vegetarian, though, diets are way too difficult.
Yeah the raw food diet is arguable Bc it's actually pretty important to have cooked foods. Even though I don't know anything about you, both my parents were able to transition into a vegan diet after eating meat and dairy for 50+ years! So I believe anyone can if you educate yourself on why and how to
You're absolutely right. Cooking food break downs the food so we can absorb the nutrients much more readily. Although raw food contains more nutrients, your body can only absorb a small amount. Therefore you have to eat a greater amount more frequently to absorb the same amount of nutrients. Raw food also carry a higher risk of diseases and contaminants which would otherwise be broken down or removed during the cooking process.
Being a vegan, even a raw vegan isn't difficult. Maybe you're just used to easiest of the easy. If you prepare you're own food already there's really no extra effort other than the initial learning curve which would maybe last a week if you were dedicated. If you had to hunt and clean you're own meat vs. grow food in a greenhouse you'd probably go with the plant method. Once you get out of the cheese and meat addiction it's totally different and those things become repulsive after a few months.
Holy crap, dude I said "I might be wrong"
did I ever say "my information is 100% correct and everyone should listen to it"? no. I was stating what I have been taught, which I know, could be entirely wrong.
Vegan is not a "diet". It's a lifestyle. Changing your lifestyle isn't difficult when you really do your research && you care about the information you receive.
If you feel weak, it's because you're not eating enough.
You've got the cutest profile picture around!
Destiny Blaze hahahaa thanks
+sofi grace Basically.
Freelee bout to come mess y'all up
Hahaha seriously
yes please lol
Frelee isn't even raw.
James Sarvan We all know that but she used to be and that's enough for her -.-

My life

get it? G-STAR RAW
im so sad not sponsoring them:
Annie Thrash p
Kind of disappointed in the people that participated+this vid. Yeah obviously if you eat SIX BANANAS or whatever?? For your whole day-obviously you are going to feel run down. I've seen this happen before in these challenge videos Buzzfeed does- people participate in something but know nothing about it? So they get all upset? Hmmm how bout you set them up with a plan for the whole week instead of having the participants eat just bananas. Or at least set guidelines-LIKE UM DO SOME RESEARCH on what you should be eating? It was cool at the end how the vegan dude helped them-but that was one meal. and it was a desert. That doesn't really show people a good side to eating raw. It sort of perpetuates the idea that eating a raw or vegan diet is-hard, expensive and not fun. Which that could be the opposite. Don't comment hate because I don't even eat raw. Just stating my opinion.
k
+Byron McCuan Someone who doesn't think through their choices well enough, as evidenced by the laziness exhibited in the video.
Yeah why are people complaining they don't need to eat out everyday smh. And 10 dollars isn't that much for a meal out. Make a big meal home and put it in boxes so you have portions for days it's not that hard
+Tarah agreed, but since when has Buzzfeed been about doing things the right way? LOL
+Tarah Yes exactly!! Hate when they don't get the education they need for this diet and then make the diet seem terrible and energy - draining, just because they don't know what to eat. I'm not on the raw diet but Buzzfeed really like to put vegan diets in a bad light.
When is freelee gonna react to this
george bush Hahahah Hahahah SO TRUE
Steve! Anything you do, I will WATCH!!!
None of them are going to actually do the diet again. People have no will power.
???
I've eaten raw for 2 weeks straight... And then I bought a vegan pizza and 2 vegan cookies... 😳
Of course!
It's not that no one has will power. I'm sure a lot of people do, but as you can see it takes a lot more money and time to eat healthier.
+HM FL91 it's not even that, you can eat healthy for cheaper by eating fish and stuff, it's just the raw organic stuff that's expensive
They didn't even show them how to do it correctly. They weren't even educated. No wonder they quit. THEY WERE HARDLY EATING!
exactly! if you are gonna have them experiment with something for a week at least arm them with the proper tools!!
And, California is the easiest - by far - place to eat all raw; as easy as falling off a log.
done that with 2 weeks diet plan. i felt so good. my sleep got better. everything was fine.
how come they didn't tell teach them to prepare food beforehand so they could succeed at eating raw?
if yall cant do this correctly, don't even bother.
Wow you're so supportive and helpful, now everyone's gonna become a vegan... 😒
I know right!!
ikr
+Mira I agree
+A O'Neal who starts a diet without doing some research on what they can or cannot eat? If they had done this, they wouldn't have felt crappy at the end.
What if I go in raw?
Hah!😂
+justin rios then they will get pregnant and DIE
Lmao
You are going to have a child.
wear a condom
WOW the "coach" is such a creep.
Is was a pretty well fitted joke relax
Annnnnd that's why Brock Turner got such a short sentence
If I had a dollar for everytime I heard that
Keep this video away from Gordon Ramsay. He will go crazy.
Being wheeled away in a straight jacket while saying "ITS FUCKING RAW"
When he said 1996, I died :O
Rip
Because you were not even alive?
+Morfeus Oh no my secret's out :/
I'm 14 and I haven't had fast food since I was 7 lol
+Becca Salat lel eksdee
I hate these Buzzfeed videos, like the people they get are usually so negative the whole time and don't even do their research. Like that's the point if they won't even give it a real try and be positive?
Ughh Ikr I feel like its not a honest 'test' at the lifestyle like you're not doing it enough justice without researching prior to changing your diet 😑
+Sorcha Ryder Balance is key. 100% of anything is never good, raw diet included.
+Sorcha Ryder I agree, it's not that hard to type "raw vegan recipe" into google and find loads of things that are more interesting than apples and bananas.
meanwhile Gordon ramsay :"It is fucking raw"
"whens the last time you went to McDonald's?"
"1997"
😐😐😐 I honestly just went there to breakfast this morning
I can beat that. I have only gone to McDonalds 3 times in my entire life. The last time was before 1994.
that´s great^
Sebastian Michaelis I swear
Sebastian Michaelis tbfh like
Sebastian Michaelis I never liked fast food, other than subway. It's like the only healthy fast food chain.
"Wow it's thick" him "if I had a dollar for every time I heard that" I was so dead😂💀
+Aisha Bereal THE LOOK SHE GAVE THE CAMERA AFTER 😂😂💀💀
+Aisha Bereal same
The only thing that annoys me about these types of videos is that the participants never do their fucking research!!!
Did u come from freelee?😂
...they're not suppose to, it's suppose to be people trying new things they're not aware of and offering an everyday point of view on it
Wow the chef's recipe looks amazing!!!
i wanted to try being vegan but i made the mistake of coming to youtube for food ideas and just learning about everything vegan... people don't really put a warning they're gonna include videos of animal abuse, there seems to be a lot of drama and some of them just mostly bully non-vegans youtubers for no reason??? and plenty of other reasons.....
so i got turned off from it for a while (including now) and i got discouraged from the overall vibe, but hopefully i can start it up again i don't want some bad youtubers to stop me
starr613 thank you!!!!
Raw Alignment is one of my favorite youtubers. Although, she is a raw vegan, the way she preps her food still looks delicious. She's very positive and she also posts a bunch of different content. There's also Mango Island Momma. Her whole family is vegan. She is amazing and her recipes on different meals are amazing! They're both two drama-free vegans. They're positive and they give advice for many things. I would recommend them.
check out supreme banana! she's super chill and positive
Aisha Check out raw alignment and supreme banana!
thanks for all the recommendations you guys!!!
was he wearing a gravity falls hat?

Love that they were willing to try this! :)
I'm all for veganism, but going raw vegan is just ridiculous. Man made fire not just for warmth, but it was made so we can eat thinks like corn, potatoes, bread and so on. Starch is a very important part of the human diet.
***** If I eat more than 2 bananas I get a really bad rash on my back and abdomen :/ so, it can't be a lot of people's only source of starch, but you get me.
I once ate 2 bananas in a row...
My grandmother smacked me in the head with a pillow
lol why?
What?
+KhorsinMC Is this suppose to be a joke or...
+KhorsinMC Wat

+Jared Davis the fact that he laughed at his own joke....
+Farihah khan Thanks C: love your profile pic
CookieCreamCrumble so creepy I cringed
for those of u who don't watch a lot of buzzfeed that girls who is blond is already vegan
+Beauty is from the heart that actually explains a lot haha
+Beauty is from the heart LOL you mean the redhead right? @ 0:30?
yep
+Jessica Stohr Do you see her hair red? O_O
+Marie Dupont yeah! It's a lot more subtle than say, fire engine red, but it is different than brown or blonde for sure. :) that's why shade a lot of redhead's have. Some are more red.
I've made avocado chocolate mousse before with different ingredients and it is now my favourite. It is so awesome
the internet really gives me a insight on having a healthy lifestyle all around. i can't thank the internet enough for this. the amount of stuff i blindly was uneducated before i never really spent found out about other people's lives is crazy. really impactful power the internet has
1:13 Gravity Falls hat!
I want it
+Chara |-/
Phanfic! At The Disco |-/
+Chara I got one on Etsy for like 8 dollars and it was here in 3 days.
+Madeleine Joy Dipper ^^
eating a raw food diet is not this hard. it should've been the easiest challenge they've done
When westerners think of fruit they think of apples, bananas, oranges, and berries. When they think of vegetables they think of broccoli, carrots, green beans, and lettuce. Thats why many people have a hard time. As soon as you get a variety and figure out which flavors compliment each other its easy.
No one did any research and they're at that age where they don't even know how to cook yet. There's a lot they could eat if they knew better. Like overnight oats for breakfast (once they were sick of eating bananas)... but that requires making almond milk, then adding it to oats & soaking overnight. They didn't even pack salads for lunch- the one girl was just eating apples! What about all the other fruits?! And dried fruit is more calorie dense but I didn't see any of them opting for that. Silly.
oh gosh! i gotta get Jason's book!
lol them suffering intercut with this dude enthusiastically explaining his diet is too funny
dang it i got excited for a moment and thought this video said raw till 4....
Scene Obscenity cause i want to see if it works or not
+Jaclyn Alvarez I wouldn't recommend going raw till 4 to anyone who isn't extremely physically active. It can damage your liver the same way alcohol does because it is SO high in fructose (10+ bananas in one smoothie!) and Freelee is in complete denial about this.
***** Fructose IS in fact processed by the liver. Don't get me completely wrong here you will definitely benefit of a few portions of fruit a day (especially whilst consuming fruit not as high in fructose and in it's whole form). PLEASE inform yourself because you are wrong.
+adihashify No, you are wrong. If Freelee's diet is "so bad for her liver" then why are all her blood tests perfect and after 9 years on this diet, she has not had any health complications related to liver or anything caused by "too much fructose"? Not only Freelee but I have NEVER met a high carb vegan that has liver problems. That is completely false.
+Morgan Wyler freelee mentions she lost her period for four years. The main 2 cause of that are old age and not getting enough food. I am all for the vegan life, but I feel like freelee should definitely NOT be the person everyone thinks of when they think of vegans..
"Whens the last time you ate at McDonalds?"
"1996"
"OH MY LORD."
Right!! That's the year I was born!!! 😱😱
Jamie Bravo You look so young!
Gloria Kwon I know I am a 20 year old that looks 12!
Jamie Bravo You wear your age very well! Not everyone has that genetic to look young!
Gloria Kwon Awww thank you so much!
"If i had a dollar for every time i heard that!" You could tell that the brunette girl was a little freaked out or something.
Didn't the red head end up going vegan? 😂
??? none of them have red hair
She was already vegan she was just experimenting with being a raw vegan.
you can't send people into one week of raw diet without any idea what to eat. of course they feel sick if they only eat apples and bananas. ..
+Natha Lie That's exactly what I was thinking. Why wouldn't they, at the very least, get meal plan ideas or talk with the chef BEFORE they were struggling.
+Maria Griffin absolutely!
"If I had a dollar for everytime I heard that, hahahaha" *focuses on girls awkward face* LMFAO
This was a great video lol i love the little bit of comedy it was so cute lol
Heh one week! 8.5 years and counting! 🙌🏻
they are not eating enough food AT ALL! no wonder they feel low energy. if you eat an all raw diet you should be eating like double the calories (or even more) than you would on a standard american diet.
+Rice And Raw Pass.
+Andrew Williams nice dude. You carry on living the way you do. I'll just carry on eating 3,000-4,000 calories a day and never gaining weight; while in fact, getting healthier every day :)
+Rice And Raw my issue is why should I have to eat the whole bag of spinach to be full ? 3 packs of sushi? I'm never full on veggies or fruits , plus that adds up
Rohan Williams More power to you bro. 3,000-4,000 calories of food I dislike doesn't sound fun. But if it works for you then kudos.
"This is like tick"
"If I had a dollar for every time I heard that"

That guy was SAVAGE AF
At 3:09 the guy asks "When was the last time you went to McDonalds?" the guys answers "1996" ................ I died
wow i luv the blander
"wow, this is thick!"
"if i had a dollar for every time i heard that HA"
just stop. look what you're doing to that poor girl, dude
yeah, it was super awkward and weird
I cringed
It was so cringe I laughed
I lost it when the guy saud he ate 6 bananas because he didn't know what to do. lol. funniest thing ive heard all day.😂😂😂
steven needs his own segments that man is fucking hilarious (especially when baked)
he made them pudding... like why not something filling
HA
Yes, he could have made a more traditional dinner recipe. He probably chose the pudding to show that it's possible to make a healthier version of something satisfy your sweet tooth! Also the main ingredients in the pudding are actually quite filling and nutrient dense. 1 cup hemp seeds is about 800 calories, an avocado is around 200 calories and 1 cup cacao powder is around 200 calories too. He could have also subbed the water for coconut milk to make it even higher in calories
I must say it is quite filling :)
When starting eating raw food I ate lots of this and one I invented myself containing banana. ^^
AVOS 🙄
Why the hell didn't they give them recipes at the beginning? You can't just throw people into it on the wn
Those bananas were not ripe.
i think as long as they dont have green on them, its ok. i personally dont like the taste of soft spotty bananas. why not enjoy the food that is healthy?
If you eat them when they have a scattering of small spots they usually aren't soft. The problem with unripe bananas is that they cause constipation...
+Vivtzka i meant like.. pretty spotty. not freckled. i know it's easier to digest when slightly brown
bananas are my favorite food, but I only like them completely yellow with a green top. I don't like the taste of them with specks.
+Lor same, last time i had a ripe banana in a smoothie i felt sick :/
3:25 "this is like, think." "If I had a dollar for every time I heard that" LOL. And her face at 3:33
Steven makes me so happy xD
"Oh! We can eat animals!?"
Everyone's portions on here are way too small. I would eat triple that amount. I think fully raw works for certain people but it's hard for me in the winter time to eat raw so I eat baked and mashed potatoes, stuffed peppers, stews, soups, just without animal products. If you're not eating animal products eat as much as you can until you are satisfied or you will feel tired. Just like we do when we restrict calories to lose weight.
honestly most people would try this to lose weight would. e the ultimate goal, the only issue is I'm a bread guy, I gotta have some form of a bread or I ain't satisfied
bread is healthy and vegan if you get the right kinds (whole grain basically. French bread tends to be vegan too) :) It's not raw of course, but you can still include lots of raw stuff with it if you'd like.
Veganism changed my life. No joke, it's the best thing that's happened to me. It only makes you feel good when you do it right and effectively though.
Same ^_^
don't generalize, it's just an option, not a miracle
toffee1234100 well it generally means more fiber, more nutrients, less calories, no cholesterol (ever), more hydration, more alkaline, less acidic, less carcinogens... Thats a lot of benefits, and thats just nutrition-wise. This affects many other aspects of life too. It is a lifestyle change therefore it literally changes your life.
+Mirra Hays that's quite a dogmatic pov. remember, nothing works for everybody
toffee1234100 so science means nothing? :l and I never said that it works for everybody, but I would say that itd work for most if executed right.
They aren't getting enough variety, calories, or CARBS. Duh, you feel weak. A plant based diet is the best way to go. Also, a vegan diet is one of the most joyful ways to live because it's cruelty free and it's how we were designed to eat. It's not how they are perceiving it in the beginning.
sorry but you have no idea how plants are treated. from birth they are kept in captivity and sprayed with horrible chemicals, all to get chopped into pieces and processed into foods for you filthy vegans. my great grandfather was a broccoli stock, and after the war he always told me stories about how his farmer treated him. id say its genocide, what plants are going through...you vegans are a shame. the only TRUE and CRUELTY FREE diet is that consisting of bacon. its freshly harvested from the bacon tree, using no pesticides or chemicals. pair that with a fresh onion smoothie from del taco and youve got yourself a healthy lifestyle.
+FireballNitro well...ok
Stefan Williams lol
Its absolutely not how we were made or evolved to eat. If we evolved to eat only fruit and vegetables we wouls most certainly not have evolved such a large brain, the brain takes up to 20 percent of the calories we eat. We would also have developed teeth for grinding, meaning no K9s or front teeth for ripping flesh from bone. Its not the healthiest either. Eating only vegetables or fruit, paired with soy beans or other protein containing plants does not have the nutritional content needed for a developing or developed human being.
KazzaDoesGaming Our body's preferred fuel source are carbohydrates. Meat, dairy, and eggs are unhealthy. Look up any vegan documentary or ANY study done on this topic and there is evidence. Also, even if we were designed to eat animals, I wouldn't. It's cruel. I'm not here to argue but merely state the facts.
