It's not our policy, it's THE policy that is being run by some laymans that are completely out of their depth in terms of scouting, transfer negotiations and ultimately how the squad is structured. I believe ETH made a huge mistake subbing Hojlund off instead of Rashford whom despite some fanboy United fans would say Rashford is our best but despite even scoring so much last season, his game is horrendous and selfish at the least. As an individual he should go to a lower team and be the star man there but if we want to play with a unified synergy, it pains me to say this but we should learn from City. The team has no selfishness in it whatsoever and rarely do I see their wingers or forwards squandering a chance to square an easy pass or a through if there's a better option. Rashford selfishly does this.

People keep saying that Brighton keep selling their players to other clubs. It's the other clubs that keep turning up and buying them off Brighton, I'm sure they would have liked to have kept those players, Macallister, Cascado and White etc, but with the lure of better wages It's difficult.

I was shocked to see,the absolute lack of intensity and speed ,from the midfield players and,even attackers,in tracking back. At speed. Covering your direct opponent. Brighton players were simply speeding away. Thus creating their own spaces and opportunities. Major repair work needed.
