It’s true! But I don’t see aging only beauty. And that is such a funny confession. The colour worked really well with the dress regardless. It’s lovely to appreciate things but fake or real? As long as happiness is real and we are true to ourselves. That’s when authenticity counts the most. 💖

i think exercise can really heal. i had an ed for 3 years and when i first got into sports and being on a team for the first time ever it was almost like something changed in me overnight. i slowly started looking at food as fuel for helping me run and move and now i’m a little over a year recovered.
I hope you get better but comments like these can be triggering for people who want to get on CZcams and see content unrelated to EDs.
