My brother in christ, just because Ky lose to Jhonny twice doesn't mean that the matchup is unwinable. This is just a huge coincidence.

@@M-Trigger I think my comment was a lot more neutral than this reaction you gave warranted. I merely meant I haven't seen a good resource showing a high level Ky beating a high level Johnny, so I don't know what type of movements to expect for Ky.
In other words, I often watch the answers pro players found in order to learn the matchup and copy them to begin learning matchups.

As with most things, it depends on the person. Though I'd bet the macro tends to be used a bit more to do some inputs easier

@@davidsphere43 alright because I recently learned that the dash macro was even a thing let alone RC macro and it makes me curious on how much better they really are. Like I bet it's much easier to mix with Johnny Mist Finer dashes with macro

@@dovahbread6400 roman cancels are infinitely easier with macro. I can't imagine actually mashing all your controller's buttons to roman cancel after setting that up

They mash the dash macro. Some of then are on hitbox etc so they can plink dash block a lot easier than ppl on stick or controller.

If you press the button really late, like right as you're about to land, you can hit the opponent with the swing as well as the card projectile and it can make it safe. It's also how you can pull off full combos with it, like at 4:50

With perfect timing, it's only -1; it's no longer Johnny's turn, but it's not punishable
