One of my favorite guitar solos! James Hetfield plays this one. This is on a Parker P-44 with GHS boomers .010 going into ProTools using Eleven MK ll. Apogee Duet, MacBook Pro.

How’d you get that tone man?

I used the stock protools plug-in Eleven MK II, a Marshall one, then stock studio reverb.
I used to use THU, Logic plug-ins or Guitar Rig but I found the Eleven is the most mix ready and I don’t need to use any post EQ or effects. I can’t use my tube amp in my house, too loud.
