Hello Rohan and Kevin, just found your channel a few weeks ago while I was in the market for a midrange wireless buds (eventually went with lypertek z5) and I’m mighty impressed with the work you guys put in. Great work!! I live in the Netherlands as well so it’s a nice to see some quality videos come out from here :)
Never seen a more in depth and perfect one stop place to get a review on a product. Wish you did reviews for everything on earth. Savr me time. Love it. Great work!
I got the 65T back in 2018, the sound was excellent but the battery sucks, frequent connection drop and right earbuds always have sound issues. Luckily the service center here are helpful and eventually replace me with a new set.
Thank you for doing this video. I love the jabras and my 75t just went through the wash. I was so confused looking at the new generation naming convention. This helped a lot.
Thanks for the vid, just ordered some remanufactured 7 pros to replace the remanufactured 65t actives I’ve had for years. I love the fit of these buds so I hope this next pair lasts just as long.
I've have used three of these models. Loved the 75t active! When I lost them I bought the 85t. Could never get a comfortable fit with the oval buds, and hence the sound was awful. Gave them away when the 7-series came around. Great fit and for sound again, but the frequent disconnects and the reduced functions on the buttons (volume control!!) Was infuriating! Joy of joys! I found my first pair of 75t's and are happy again! But two strike-outs back to back makes me never buy any jabra products again.
@@Kevin-zf9jh Yes, I wish they made these buds again. My Active 75t is more than 3 years now, unfortunately I have problem with a sound, even if the phone is on the highest volume setting I can hear very poorly. I tried everything nothing helps, also the pinhole cleaning, reinstalling app and so on. I can't buy Active 75t anywhere. Everywhere they are sold out and written discontinued. 😭😭😭 I don't know if it's worth to buy 7 pro.
Which one did you go for? I was thinking about the elite 7 pro cuz it seems to have certain things better such as BT 5.2 and better bass and highs response..
@@shoerice5083 I ordered both the 65T and elite 3 (got good deals on both, plan to use one as backup). I'm mostly concerned about the mic quality (not a music person) and free-from-wires.
@@THINKULATE well i had a few phone calls with my elite 7 pro's, so far no problems with how they hear me... its fine Not the best out there but for phone calls its does the job well.. if you into recording for quality ofc these were not made for that.
@@shoerice5083 Oh for sure, I'm using them for Zoom meetings (multiple/day). Wireless microphones are no match for wired ones (well unless you're ready to spend...). Thanks for the tips though!
Please help me to choose the one of elite 3 or 4? I think elite 3 have more better microphone than 4, even thought don't have ANC features. How about you???
FYI (to whom it may concern) despite being the flagship the Elite 7's do *not* support Spotify Tap. If you want this feature buy the 3's, 4's Active (I don't recommend these because of the hard to press buttons) or 5's.
Bought 7 pro last week but the latency was very noticeable, also ANC was weak. No difference when ANC was on or off. So had to return it. Settled with beats fit pro now.
The fit is snug and secure. Doesn't have any issue with it. There was some initial ear pain due to the fins but now my ears seem to have adapted it. Call quality is good too. I use it with android and ipad. Now the connection with android seems more reliable after they've updated to new firmware. It can get loud but not too much. I have never used them in full volume. If i have to then I turn on anc and listen.
Been rocking 75t for almost 3 years now, they're surprisingly great (not surprising fast forward to today). I had no idea who or what Jabra was when I got them, just saw their name keep popping up in best of lists, then after watching reviews decided to get them (they were fairly cheap back then, dirt cheap now). I actually rock a near stock EQ but reduce the bass (still tons of bass). Honestly have no complaints, they've outlasted many more high end earbuds that I can't justify when those high end ones only seem like marginal upgrades in sound. Great sound a few years ago is still great sound today. I like my over ear headphones to be the critical fine dining listening experience (cough cough H95) while earbuds are more often gym or high energy short spurts listening, but I honestly think the 75t are plenty detailed and every genre enjoyable. I do however have Beoplay EX and Sennheiser M3s TW to look at soon. EX may capture what I love of the H95 in an earbud. To be determined... Jabra app also loads up super quick and is easy to navigate. Some higher end earbud apps take like a good 10-15 seconds to view your EQ and make changes, Jabra a few seconds.
I will add to my prior review... First of all I am in no way criticizing your video simply saying that it is pretty obvious the phone quality on calls is terrible across the board so with that I ask you which one did you find the best ...and why ...and how does it compare to leading earbuds in call quality... ?...Thanks bob
I bought the Jabra elite 7 active but I am having zoom call sound issues? The sound connected but it's barely audible. This is frustrating because they state on their website that they are Zoom certified. 😢
13:57 I have had some quirky connectivity issues with Jabra 75t. They sometimes ignore when I hit play on my laptop after I have been listening to something on my phone. I have found that if I hit start and then pause on my phone app, then hit play again on the laptop app, it usually starts playing on the device I wanted. I don't think I have ever had it happen the other way around. It seems to favor my phone over laptop. My earbuds have also spontaneously decided to restart out of nowhere. That doesn't happen very often, but it does on occasion. I love the sound on the 75ts. They have big bass, but it doesn't distort the rest of the sound if you adjust the settings. But when you are listening to music that has big bass, you can hear it all. Skull rattling beefy bass. The Elite 7 Pros just don't cut it with bass. Boosting just made the sound sloppy and muddy with the 7 Pros. I hope Jabra puts out another set similar to the 75ts.
Its a bit weird between 3 and 7 pro, sure we her the voice better on 7 pro but we hear the wind a lot louder as well. Is it only an increase in volume that the buds do?
