I own this same eBike & love it. Tip/Hack = Peel off fork sticker & replace with white "Maserati" (eBaY) stickers - watch the heads turn. lol ...suspension seat post is a nice add-on.

The seat although soft, just too small. I teplaced it with a larget one from Amazon. Had to buy a seat post too. There was no way that bolt was going to loosen

Last month, we extended the warranty for newly purchased bikes to 2 years to ensure better service

I wouldhave liked to see a usb port on the bike. Other then that, Im very happy with it.
I use to live in NJ. I know up till 12 yrs ago (Now I don’t know) but anything with a motor and a wheel (Including an electric motor) if it wasn’t a car, truck or MC. It was illegal.
In other words, that little plastic cart for your 4-5 yr old that is electric. If you kid gets caught driving one. Tickets for no DL. No Ins. And no registration (Although you cant register it). Then that kid will not be able to drive a car for an yr or two because of the tickets.
You also have to go through the same background and license check to get a BB gun . Same as an AR15 in NJ.
Know the laws where you live before buying an Ebike.

I bought one & also bought the Off-road controller for it. Maaan is it fast
I did some upgrades to mine
1) Removed the rear rack
2) Swapped the comically large fenders out
3) Upgraded the handlebars to Wake MTB 720mm
4) Replaced the grips
5) Replace the pedals

@@velowavebikes as far as lights go. You commonly just attach an inexpensive flasher on the seat post or rack and no braking light is needed .
Most all of my bike group use an auxiliary flasher at night. But by day it's a bike and most don't have lights during the day. Not a determining factor for any bike purchase .

I wouldnt call it cheap, the quality is decent for the price.
