I do carry 24/7. It’s amazing how easy it is to carry a light weight snubby in your pocket. Answering the door to a stranger is so much more comfortable with a protective device on you. Love your vids sir.
I carry a g43 for the same reason you like the pps. I got it on a trade and planned to sell it but once I shot it just fell in love. It shoots so well for its size and super easy to carry. I bought a micro dagger frame for it so I can swap it if I’m going somewhere questionable and want the capacity but usually run the oe frame with magguts
I don't have quite the rotation you do but I have a few. I work at a desk wearing slacks all day and I'm too fat for appendix carry at my desk so i pocket carry an LCP MAX currently in a DeSantis superfly. When out and about I used to carry an EC9S but I recently upgraded to an P365. I have a P3AT for formal clothes as it just disappears even better than the LCP MAX.
About that M&P40c, I never saw either the 40c or the 9c with the stainless steel slide before. I didn’t even know S&W made them, and I’ve carried my 9c since 2008.
Just watched your video showing your work edc. Dude, have you tried a Phlster Enigma yet? Might make that 26 comfortable enough to carry since it lets you put it up higher, and it won’t even mess with your leg/crouching ability.
Personally, I only carry 2 in my rotation. My 365 in a fanny pack for max comfort especially in shorts or sweat pants and my 226 in the colder months. I also have the option to carry my 320 and Hellcat if need be but I prefer the other two and I prefer a fanny pack or owb for comfort reasons.
Thats a nice little stash you got there bro. I too love the .40s&w. My first handgun was a HK USP .40 full size. Currently edc M&P9 2.0 4" but also wanting to try the Shield Plus. If my lgs had the reflex in black I would have bought it a few weeks ago. Personally Im just not really a fan of the fde on anything. To each their own though. Any wheelies make in the rotation? Just curious. 😎 ✌️
My second carry gun was the USP 40. had the 13 round LEM mags (this was during the ban!) and I absolutely loved that weapon. The recoil just rolled it into perfect trigger position for the finger. I could mag dump that thing SO fast. Reliable and accurate. Much lighter and more comfortable than the 92fs that I transitioned from.
The way that a teenage school girl sleeps with her 6 week old chihuahua (When the pup is pressed up against her hip.) is the way that I sleep with my holstered pistol. (With it pressed up against my hip.) Stay strapped my friends.😎 I also do plumbing work and while I work, I normally have to carry my P365X🤢, but since my holster broke, I'm carrying a G43X. Unless I have to dig on a certain day. When I dig, I carry a LCP Max. And I only appendix carry. Even the LCP MAX.🤣
Have you ever had a Problem with the Hogue sleeve style grips I see on some of your carry pistols. I used one on a ruger lc9s that I carried regularly at the time. I was out practicing one day in the summer, hot and sweaty. Long story short the grip sleeve slid up over the mag release and it kept knocking the slide slightly down. Never dropped one completely but it was enough for feeding and magazine disconnect issues. It took me a few times to figure out what was happening. I threw it in the trash at the gas station on the way home. Just asking , I see you have a sample size of more than the one I had. Thanks for your content!
wow that's crazy!! i have a Hogue on my EC9S which is just a bare bones LC9S and that damn thing is on there so tight if I want to take it off I probably have to cut it. I couldn't imagine it moving!!
I have a reflex. Just ordered a holster without a claw. Do you feel the claw is really necessary with a gun that small? Genuinely asking cause if so I’m gonna have to order another holster for summer time.
I’ve tried a claw and wedges before. Maybe they work for some people, but it makes a negligible difference for me aside from being more frustrating to put my holster on.
Just wondering for your micro compacts like your Hellcat, what defensive ammo do you carry with and why? I finally switched from my larger caliber handguns(40and 45) to a Hellcat 9mm for my work carry gun, and at the moment I chose to go with 124 grain Federal HST +p since at least in pretty much all gel test and meat Target videos I've watched they perform flawlessly without over penetrating. Just wondering what you settled on for your carry ammo and what your reasons were. Thanks 🙂
The hellcat will run just about anything you put in it. I'm am curious what other people think is the best for the hellcat though if you just want accuracy and velocity
@@brucecook502 I'm actually not even aware of that feature to be honest. But I watched a video online about how they ran through 10,000 rounds twice so 20k rounds and no malfunctions. They also mentioned how the hellcat works pretty much flawlessly with any round of 9mm available.
I have the 3" og hellcat and wear it at 4 to 5 with a iwb tulster holster whenever I'm not at home. Super easy gun to conceal very light weight, comfortable, ergonomic, and comes with tritium iron sights. I started carrying weeks ago now and I work for my family business nobody has noticed a thing. I just keep my mouth shut and make sure my shirt doesn't get caught up on the grip while I'm working.
@@smc8843 I do sometimes but never with a round in the chamber. I only carry 1 in the chamber if I have a trigger guard via a holster even if the hellcat does have a trigger safety I just don't feel comfortable without the trigger guard Sometimes I'll pop out my +1 round in the chamber and just put it in my chest pocket of my jacket. Sometimes in my jean pocket but you have to make sure your pocket is really clean so lint doesn't get in your gun and potentially cause a malfunction If you want to pocket carry I recommend you don't put 1 in the chamber unless you put it in a holster and then in your pocket
@@smc8843 Oh yeah it fits in your front pocket easily get the Tulster Profile+ its an amazing holster. I have it in carbon fiber and its so clean. Really quality polished product. It's also optic ready if you choose to go with the OSP model of the hellcat.
Your lgs gives you a discount for buying the display gun? At my lgs thats just the one they sell you. It always rubbed me the wrong way. I always thought that was funny and wanted a new one still in the box.
What issue do you think would arise from keeping a gun in a holster for long periods of time? It doesn't have enough retention to damage the weapon and it has a trigger guard so its not effecing the trigger. Only thing I can think of is maybe if a person sweats a lot the holster could get moisture inside and that could cause rust. I always leave my pistol unholstered when I'm at home so its ready for me to grab instead of having to pull it out of a holster. That being said the Hellcat has a trigger safety so makez me feel more comfortable doing that.
@@cosmicabyss7358 I was thinking the only issue i could see is some moisture issues but I have I think 6 pistols that are always in a holster and none have any issue. I do make a point to clean out my carry guns as lint an random debris can make it's way in there, but that has nothing to do with the holster.
I don't want to hear about prison wallet carry. But I guess it would be fairly safe there's nothing to catch the trigger on so it might as well have a trigger guard.
do you own rifles or shotguns or revolvers?
The S&W's have an excellent finish on them. They do wear, but they wear really, really well.
