Very helpful, thank you, I’m doing vipassana next week and this is one of the better videos, will update when been! Do a comparison with dispenza’s please , I’d listened to him few times, but i don’t think i get him 🌸

Christina, best of luck on your Vipassana course! I'd love to hear how it went. Thank you for the video suggestion. I plan on doing a series of videos about Dr Joe Dispenza's meditations, but hadn't thought of comparing them to Vipassana. I'll add that to my list of videos to make.
