- In the mid Seventies The Jacksons joined Philadelphia International Records and recorded a few albums for the label. 'Show you the way to go' is one of their Philly sound recordings. I extended the song a bit and edited the video (which I found on CZcams). No copyright infringement intended. Enjoy!

Whenever I hear this song play, I begin to cry because this is the type of song that chills you to your very soul! Gamble and Huff style plus Michael's signature voice and adlibs makes this gem for all generations!

I don't cry per se. I do get very sad listening to it at times because i bought this album and Amy Winehouse "Back to Black" a year prior to my grandmother passing. During that time I'd drive back and forth to her home to check on her and would listen to this song on the way there.

Replaced by a lot of the unlistenable crap out there today. Music is one of those things that you could always count on getting better as the years went by. In my opinion, it’s gotten a lot worse. Thankfully, we have the old classic quality music to listen to that will never go away. 😊

When I was younger, I watched this video with my family when I was around three years old. I remember being inspired by the video song even though I had to go to bed and wake up early the next day to get ready for school as soon as I stepped outside to see the morning light and the sun in the sky. Michael Jackson is my favorite! You have shown me and continue to show me!
