This is a true beautiful ship
Some weird things about this cruise:1. Japanese style sockets for an Indian tour? People will get a shocker right away.2. It's a ship not a cruise :-)3. The place looked tacky4. Don't think they have any entertainment activity inside...5. Room without LED6. Even Indian heritage is not visible7. Food seemed to be the only bearable thingThis so called cruise seems an experiment started with a very low investment plus the ticket prices are low as compared to cruise standards.. hopefully the owners will improve quality & it becomes profitable. I see a lot of potential in Indian domestic cruise market.
As you said, its just a start and things may improve eventually.
The cruise liner looks really really nice. We're a sailor family so I have sailed on ships a few times but my daughter hasnt and mu husband doesnt sail anymore. So a cruise is our next best option and will keep this one in mind.
1st the music gives a headache. Vloggers should understand people watch your videos for info and not your video editing skills.
Now on the cruise. This is not the 1st cruise in India. I remember there was a 3 nights cruise from Mumbai to Lakswadeep 8 years back but now no more.
The Indian cruise companies have gone entirely wrong with the pricing. Our corrupt port trust also is a major culprit. India with its huge watch resources have done nothing on river and ocean transportation.
The cruise as informed is coming empty one way. They are charging 7000 +2000 per person per way. A window room costs Rs.18000 in total with food for a couple.
Why not reduce the price and make it mandatory to book a round trip. Why not make the cruise for 2 night 3 days or 3 night 4 days and make the passengers stay on the cruise and explore Goa. A 3 night cruise can easily be charged between 30000 to 40000 for a couple and people will surely pay if they want to enjoy cruise.
I believe the management has no interest they want to use Bank loans and venture capital money and then show company running at loss. In the process they create lot of news and then get lost.

Well, a couple of things-
1. The video is definitely appreciable. You've covered the small details well, never mind the naysayers. But also, i'd suggest doing some prior research before such travel Vlogs. I mean, when you're one of the few reviewing the first Indian cruise, might as well do it proper. Details like the boats that are pulling the ship are called "tugs" and other such, which will be a complete experience for people who'd wanna hit that like button coz they are fans of cruises/ travel vlogs / whatever.
Anyhow, liked the costs and other details, i'm sure your future videos will be a treat for nit-pickers :p
2. Yeah, this one is more for the negative comments here. My God people. Know satisfaction? Kal tak cruise nahi tha, aaj hai toh "it's not a cruise, it's a boat", "it's expensive, better take a flight", "it's Japanese" , "it's really dirty". For all you people, stop. Think. When will you be satisfied? It is people like you, and the CONSTANT negativity around EVERY.DAMN.THING. done in this country. It really pulls people down, and not like you've made any contribution, most likely. We've become a society where all expression, be it motivation or criticism, comes through a really negative process. Anyway, besides the point. Wasted a solid few minutes here, but hope the next person thinks twice before going " abey ye kya useless hai. aye daaru mangta boss daaru daaru"

i have been from Portsmouth to Bilbao in Spain its a night ferry/cruise but i thought it was ok this looks better though probably because you dont have the "lorry/truck" passengers which you do on the Portsmouth Bilbao.
and also the thing that moving he said,..they are radar scanners...and the stair which they boarded...gangway ...lol...he difintly needs to research prior making vlog..

It's the beginning of a new Marine era for India. I just posted. Can't wait till some rich dude plans to invest in Calcutta to Mumbai. Stops along the way at Andaman, Sri Lanka, Lakshwadeep. So much potential around our waters. A lot of people just relate to the dirty beaches of the cities. The coastline is vast and the ocean even more. Just keep it clean.

Got the Titanic feel.. at the fleet of stairs @(03:01 and 2:46)... And the bow of the ship (11:00) where Rose tried to jump... The bathroom was too, too, too tiny... rest everything was ok. People commenting on inferior cruise facilities... want 5 star facility at localtrain price.
It definitely can't be more enjoyable than traveling on train from Goa to Mumbai
Its a different experience altogether.
Not many people know this but, angriya is named after the great kanhoji angre the great maratha who ruled the seas and was also know as the "shivaji of seas". He defeated britishers, Dutch, portugese and many more. No one could even come near him. He was a nightmare to all who wanted to invade India via sea in those days.

First thing: I don't think it is a cruise but rather a ferry.
Second :it is really just for travelling not for leisure above all they charge for food.
Good to see domestic cruises along the Indian coast although quite ordinary however, it's a start and better than nothing even though it's operated by the Gov't. Hope this is a precursor for more vessels and cruises!

There were hardly any stars in the sky, we were there on the deck for hours. Might be the sky wasn't clear that night.

Wow an Indian cruize ship has Japanese style electronic socket, Indians need to get an adapter in a ship which is in there own country.
A bit different to the old ferry which I had a ride on back in 1984. 90 Rupees for a few feet of deck space as there were few chairs and a pretty good thali for about 12 rupees.
It must have been amazing then!
@@Claijohn It was, and Goa was very different, especially down in Salcette. Very peaceful, fishermen living in longhouses by the beach and very few tourists. I`ve been back many times since. The last visit was winter 2018 and how its changed......sometimes for the better, sometimes not so.

Ships dont have rooms, they are known as cabins,and they are of various sizes and types of cabins, in ships like Nancowrie there is deluxe class,A- class,B- class cabiins various types of facilities , so please give nice and perfect information .Well , bye .

The Goa to Mumbai leg looks empty but Mumbai to Goa has good number of passengers. Again, the concept of cruising is new in India and will eventually catch up.
what about food ..? included in room rent or we have to buy additionally..?
You have to pay additional Rs.2000 for the food and that just includes your dinner and breakfast. For anything else such as alcohol, you have to again pay extra.

You have cushioned chairs on the deck on which you can sit and gaze at the sky, the waters and think about life in general till the sea breeze nauseates you... then there is live band that plays after sunset at the swimming pool deck and a dance floor inside a bar of the cruise.. then there is a reading room with newspapers and magazines, it is also the hottest room in the cruise... There is a spa called the Dry Dock Spa (which is paid).. You can roam around all the floors of the cruise and explore!!

There are separate smoking areas and all are in open areas. If you find a ash can bin, then you can smoke over there.

Unfortunately No!.. You have a room with 2 bunk beds to accomodate 4 (Rs 7700 per person incl food) or a family room again to accommodate 4 (Rs 9200 or Rs 8250 incl food). For more than that we have dorms (Rs 6300 per person incl food), which wont be a cabin but I am sure you will enjoy.
