The accumulation of stress is coming out through the body as anxiety symptoms such as Twitching, Trembling, And Muscle Aches. It is vital that you see the time of relaxation therefore as an opportunity for the body to release stored stress which has accumulated for years, and not allow it to create more concern and health anxiety.

Omg! I've been healing from a month long acute medical anxiety. My doctors and I finally figured out a good medication procedure to get my body out of fight/flight mode and yesterday I started twitching as I was falling asleep. At first it freaked me out. But not that I'm FINALLY feeling a bit more normal you put out this video and explain the twitching to me! Thank you for the info! I love your videos.

Wow. Thanks for explaining that Dennis. I used to have those vibrations every night just before I fell asleep and haven’t had it for years. Now I am going through a tough transition (which I believe is finally overcoming years of being stuck with a hypersensitized nervous system) and I have had the vibrating again for the past few nights (and also 2 weeks ago from being in a state of mild panic for an entire night) and now I understand it. Thank you!

After having Costochondritis for 7 months I’ve developed severe health anxiety. I’ve experienced crazy physical symptoms. As of a month ago or so I’ve been
Really focusing on healing and calming myself to rid of the edge. I’ve been feeling really relaxed after learning and understanding anxiety. and what do you know …. WEIRD TWITCHES. In my old mindframe this what have initiated a panic attack…. Today. I brushed it off, and it disappeared quickly. To feel like I’m on the path to recovery is an immense feeling.

When I got the people in my direct surroundings away.....my eyes where open to the dangers the world is facing with very evil very scary people are in powerful positions of authority. I look around me at people like do you not see this? Do you not hear the lies? My mind looks for threats and didn't go far. I don't want to know this stuff! I want to be like everyone else and not know. How so I do this? I'm fully aware I have absolutely no control over this but I can't gaslight myself like I used to. Like everyone else does .and not lay here seeing all the smoke and mirrors that's going on. How do I relax when this happens. I already don't watch news anymore.

It only happens when I am around people, or talking with people. Moreover they also start twitching, sometimes more than I do. Once I was at the library and the girl next to me started twitching so bad that she had to beg god to stop it. Now I can not go to the uni, to the library or attend friends meetings because of this problem. It wasn't like that before, I'd look people dead in the eye and I didn't have any kind of social anxiety, yet, this all started 2 months ago and I can't stop those zombie-like motion twitching

My twitches get so bad that I fall over sometimes. Stutter in the mouth or twitch in the mouth. But then at the end of it all I feel like I’m slightly trembling. I I think it’s a huge case of chronic anxiety and magnesium deficiency. Web md doesn’t help when their like. Maybe it’s a disease that has no cure and you slowly deteriorate. And I get even more anxious. Like. I don’t feel anxious, but my body lets out twitches as if I was.

    • @TheAnxietyGuy1

Mindset is key, let's simply not add to the strength in symptoms and the perception of fear by forcing healing or taking frantic action behind the anxiety symptoms.

@@TheAnxietyGuy1agreed. The more I resist/try to stop panic, it never works. I have to use the tools in my “toolbox”, but if I begin to worry about it escalating to a full-blown panic attack, or things I need to do that anxiety interferes with, it’s much worse.

Are yawning and a shiver like one shiver? As if someone tickled your neck part of that? I move my foot now and never did it before. My body is weird, but it's the thoughts like I'm going crazy because I see things that I keep asking...did you hear that? Or did you see that? To my poor husband who's watching the same thing and doesn't catch it. Mostly I am picking up subtle things in people that clearly he doesn't. People give me anxiety now. Not as much of my own thoughts anymore. I thought I was beginning to get progress on that. But new ones pop up.
