Femur, Proximal - Fractures - Intramedullary Fixation Using the (ELFN)-Proximal Recon Locking Option

In this presentation, the techniques for the intramedullary fixation of a proximal femoral fracture will be demonstrated using the Proximal Recon Locking option of the Expert Lateral Femoral Nail - or ELFN.

State the clinical indications and contraindications
Describe the correct patient positioning
Identify the correct entry point for Proximal recon locking
Recognize the surgical approach and entry point
Perform Nail Insertion, Proximal Recon Locking, End Cap insertion and Nail
