  • Small cracks in my basement floor/concrete slab are simpler to repair than I originally imagined. Few tools required, cheap materials, quick and easy process. Yes, there are better, more comprehensive, longer-lasting, and messier ways to do this... but this does the job of sealing and stabilizing a crack and works good enough for me. Maybe it will work for you too.
    Tools used:
    -- Knee Pads -- MUST HAVE! -- amzn.to/37Fkj2i
    -- Wire Brush -- amzn.to/3E9V6ta
    -- Margin Trowel -- amzn.to/3E5tcyh
    -- Sika Flex (PREFERRED) -- amzn.to/3LYHljp
-- Top and Bond (Works fine too) -- amzn.to/37KbPqs

    Is this waterproof?

Well... concrete isn't even waterproof, per se, so not sure it matters much. I can tell you that it has accepted paint quite well, so if you use waterproof paint you're all set.

I have several of these repairs that are getting daily foot traffic for a couple years now and they are holding up just fine!

How would you best describe the dried, finished color? I have some cracks on my sidewalk which is fairly white.

It's a very very light grey-a lot like the color of the stuff when it's still in the bucket, but perhaps a little lighter.
