And then people realize SRM are capable of amplifying voltage and thus power when fed with leading current and mechanically rotated to an extreme amount, much better than traditional generators.
Thank you for detailed information. @ 40:50 there are some comparision with Prius IPM where power > for 67%. At the same time torque is the same. Where is these 67% comes from? HR-SRM has ability to provide that torqe at higher RPM's?
@@jensstubbestergaard6794Look, friend I'm not about mathematical difference (60 to 100), But!!! with max. torque 211N-m!!! almost same as 207 N-m (for IPM) you have increase for 67% of power!!!!!!! Where is that power come from. If you take Power as Torque* RPM's you suppose to have increase in RPMS for almost 67% . Otherwise your estimation can't be correct.
These 40 minutes are the most intuitive of any lectures or webinars of mine !!
Thank u for this wonderful explanation...
Wish to work in this field...
Thanks for the proffesional presentation im a automobile engineer . fascinated to see synRM used in Aerospace running 1 lakh rpm .
Thank you for this very infomative and professional presentation!
Why NOT COMPARED for EFFICIENCY. with
1. PMSM
2. BLDC
3 . 3 phase IM

Thanks so much for the information.
Audio is inaudible.
Good)
Thanks so much for very informative presentation. On EV application is it possible to harness regenerative power during braking etc?
I don't see why not as an SRM can be ustilised as a generator as well.
No ... Regeneration is not possible
Hello, exactly which kind of controller used in this SRM? Can i use this kind of controller in my project work?! How to get it, suggest me
It's Exclusive SRM ....controller
Come out of ....MOVIE 🍿 ...
🔥🔥🔥IM with copper ROTOR is better efficiency.👊👊👊

Yeah, it's probably higher power because of higher rpm's.
The Prius motor back then did 60kW peak and the Chiba did 100kW = 67% increase.
