They decided to change the name Pinnochio to Pistachio due to copyright reasons! And they also recently changed the neon Reindeer!! The neon used to glow red on the nose but now it glows green on the nose, it's also not a bug, if you look in the journal, the reindeer nose glows green

I would say they didn't get a lawsuit but they may have received a cease and desist. Pinnochio isn't in the public domain yet. One day it will be, some of the original mickey mouse materias just landed in public domain.
