The Starling, as displayed (furniture and decor not included but all appliances including the washer and dryer stay with the tiny home), is priced at $114,000 with the a/c condenser installed, but during the show, this stunning park model is currently on sale for just $112,944. The price includes delivery and tiedowns within 100 miles (additional freight charges apply for farther distances), a/c and heat system installed, manufacturer's warranty, plus a 7 year extended service contract.

I've watched for years & have seen some great models, but hands down, this is absolutely my all-time favorite by far!
That’s a small house not a tiny home, Tiny homes are out the door now I guess and I guarantee there not a tiny home price either
I'd leave the big picture windows out of the living area and bedroom for an accent wall, leaving the half size picture windows up top. Other than that...Beautiful!!!

As a twice divorced 51-year-old man, who wants to live alone and has a property in the country, this looks absolutely amazing. I'm in Central Texas so the porches MUST be screened in and screen door's must be installed on those porches.

@@dr.brycebanner5676 For all but the 3 coldest months of the year we have so many insects to include flies and mosquitos, wasps and yellow jackets, flying tree roaches (giant cockroaches that can fly), and lots of spiders. These critters will drive you mad. It's no joke either.

This is a next-level jaw-dropping tiny home. I'm blown away, guys. The Starling looks like a designer tiny home inside and out.
I love the way it looks on the outside, but the inside is even better. The ceiling design has a fantastic aesthetic appeal, and I like that it's still high even where it's lower.
The black accent wall with the picture windows in the living area is great. Very classy.
The galley-style kitchen is simple and functional. No complaints there.
The bathroom is a great size. Doesn't look cramped at all. I really like the fact that you chose a tile shower for this model. It matches the look of the rest of the home.
I don't usually comment on the washer and dryer, but I like the way they're tucked away almost perfectly in this model.
But my favorite part of this model is the bedroom. It's like you've stepped into a small resort bedroom. The bed box is a smart addition for storage, and it's impressive that there's still plenty of walking space with a king-size bed in there. The cherry on top is that you even classed up the closet with the wooden bifold doors. This is easily one of the best tiny home bedrooms you've ever featured.

Loft out of the question for me. The bedroom is great! You can get a tall lingerie chest of drawers on the wall next to entry door.

The exterior colors are perfect and I love the picture windows throughout. In the livingroom, you could add a sofa table with stools for a little dining elegance. Also, that bedroom might be king size, but it is perfect for a Queendom, especially with the back porch ( I'd close it in, with 2 privacy walls). Symmetry and light made just right.
When I think of wood cabin, this modern stylish plan is my idea of cozy comfort. Mr Tiny, since everyone loves this model, but some cannot go 399 sq ft, how about putting a larger single section model in the works, that's at least 15 wide, with expanded living area, walk in closet, pantry, side by side w/d, extra storage, possible tub ( cause you know Queens like to soak ), and maybe even a desk area for taking care of business, along with the 2 porches. And if they can't be porches, maybe they can be small balconies, same on both ends, still keeping that symmetry in focus.
Love this model, Mr. Tiny, and the style and finishes are stunning. Just a few things, though, would make it perfect to me. I'd like to see the porches screened in to make them more livable. A small dining area, I feel, is essential, and wall space for a TV is pretty important. IMO there are too many very large windows. I'm all for natural light but, for my own comfort and feeling of security, smaller windows would be preferable. That said, this home is a beauty!
The ridiculous amount of windows is kind of the point on this one, isn't it? I love it - add a small center loft with a few more windows LOL. Maybe you get the windows that you can only see out?

The roof pitches are so smart... pitching it the opposite way in the middle is so cool bc you need the extra height in the bathroom, but not above the cabinets. Also don't need the height on the couch wall, but nice to have on the opposite wall for a view. Even in the bedroom the shorter side is by the headboard, and taller side is on the walking side of the room and nice tall view from the bed. Just a super smart use of roofline to provide a great look, lots of functionality, and makes the small space feel huge. A+ right here! 👏👏👏
This is a PHENOMENAL new design ‼️ Didn't expect to see modern elegance in a tiny. This model should have been called "black beauty."
I don't think I could go down to 399 square feet, in all honesty, but this home is really beautiful. And I absolutely love that the bedroom is larger than what we usually see in the tiny homes.

WOOOW!! This is the one. I don’t know how you did it but I’ve been waiting for one with a bigger bedroom. This is perfection. I love black houses too with cedar wood. Personally, I’d go with a grey decking if I couldn’t match the pine ceilings. Also, I’d match the same wall in the bedroom with the black living room wall.

Starling is amazing, I love the windows, but I have grandkids, I would need windows that don't break easy. I would also like the windows tinted and I can see you, but you can't see me. I would lose the drawers to accommodate the king size bed to allow for two twin beds. I would shorten the rear porch to allow for more closet space. This is a beautiful home, your best so far for a tiny home.
I don't like how most bathrooms are right by the kitchen.
It may be because of the convenience and cost savings to the builder. Plumbing and electrical all close in 1 area

Yes correct. Nice for us OCD folks. Lol. My fave is the structure/angled ceilings. Gives it more depth and contrast and has a wonderful quirky appeal. Not the boring status quo at all.

I’ve been watching the RRC videos for almost a year and oh my goodness I think this is my favorite. I’m currently looking at some land in Colorado to put a retirement home and this one hits all my marks that I want, beautiful if I can wake up in my bed and look out those beautiful windows at the mountains go catch me some trout wow!!

Wow 🤩 this is an amazing floor plan! I love that there is an extra porch of the bedroom, and that it’s big enough for a king size bed! Honestly, I love everything! I rented a tiny tiny tiny tiny house last year for about three months and it didn’t have an oven, it only had a small very small fridge. The bathroom didn’t even have a sink. And the bedroom was lofted with a low ceiling. I love the idea of a tiny house, and even in that one I was able to fit my most important things. But this house is amazing! And not having a crawl up a ladder to go to bed and a mattress on the floor and some loft, wow
This Barn Owl is the best I have seen! All the changes made it perfect. Except I would like to have a real fireplace with propane logs!
Off top, Mr. Tiny is educated, knowledgeable and funny all at the same time. To me, it's one thing to talk about a property, but when you present yourself both mentally and appearance- wise, its no wonder why Mr. Tiny is as captivating as he is. I am a few months away from my 1st purchase.

nm the tiny home i don't know how to feel about the suit lol xo I"m a writer, and instead of a couch in the first room, I would have my writing room, my creativity room, my utility room. I'm not interested in entertaining people in my home, so I never worry about how it appears to others. I want my home functional.. not decorative. I appreciate beautiful surroundings, though, so I love the simple accessories that create an oasis.. a sanctuary. A flowing curtain, a textured throw blanket, healthy plant, and accent wall. A deep piled rug, dogs, and the sound of running water.
Love this perfect for a weekend getaway house, vacation house, guesthouse, ADU in law unit etc. this one is nice. I like all the features the shed style roofs the front and back porches are awesome and add so much living space

Mr. Tiny, one thing I noticed when talking about the elderly is the bed frame it's nice and all, but one side at the very bottom of the frame you should have a lift off door that can be stored in a closet for people who need to slide one of those trapeze under the bed that helps them get in and out of bed, if there's no opening they won't be able to use it and even if no one needs it, it will still be a place they can store stuff up under the bed, just a thought.☺
You can buy a grab bar that slides under the matress. I used one after surgery, and it did the trick.

Beautiful tiny home. The material used is quality. This does not look like a tiny home. RRC once dold tiny homes $57,000 -$99,000. Now the tiny homes are more than $110 000. The Starling is a very nice looking home.
