      Hey, thanks for your comment! From what I’ve read online, during daytime
      headlights should be off, however, during this time daylight running lights (DRLs) should be on, but it is not mandatory in Ontario.

    I noticed that something i haven't in other videos could have just not been paying attention;
    But when the car was passing a Semi truck, it actually made room- ( 7:08 focus on car position in lane on screen). Very simple but I've noticed in other videos people comeplain its too close and doesnt move over cause the semi is clearly in its lane, but humans still make a gap for it, so thats was new and interesting to me personally

      Hey,thanks for your observation! It consistently does this for trucks but it gets awkward when you have another car on the right or left side of you when there is a truck!

    You guys are putting your own personal preference you have to separate your preferences with crucial things

      I’ll have to disagree with you on this one. Our feedback is live, as it happens. Feedback is also based on prevailing road rules that the system must follow. Our preferences aren’t really based on personal feelings but objective information that is publicly available. We understand that in the software development process that not everything can be done right away and we make mention of them so that they can be improved in future updates once critical behaviours are proven to be effective. The system MUST be more accurate and safer than humans ;this includes tighter maneuvers that abides by the law and visibility/appropriate reaction times for other humans around the car.

      @@spicytech but what I'm saying if they took all personal preference from everyone than it would have conflicts because everyone drives different

      @spicytech  Před 7 měsíci

      @@mthuhnit’s not really personal preference though. We have defensive driving training (at least Kry) so this is how the system should behave to ensure safety for all. Assertive mode still fees more aggressive than assertive, which is dangerous in many regards.

      @@spicytech So let me ask you a question. If the car does it 600 feet later than you did, you're saying that's dangerous. That's why I'm saying. Like if it does it is fine If it doesn't do it then yeah it's dangerous. But everybody gets in lane at different points, That's what I mean by personal preference.

      This has to do with visibility, which is a term in the driving handbook for Ontario. The system needs to let others around know beforehand what its intent is. So if we’re 600 feet from the exit for example, the car should be getting itself into position, in advance, and not wait until last minute to make maneuvers that can potentially cause accidents behind.
