- Daryl and the pony are BACK, and we've taken them straight to the toughest track in QLD - BIG RED in the Glasshouse Mountains! This insane 4wd track has claimed plenty of more worthy rigs, but this dirty GQ patrol & LN106 Hilux are going to give it a red hot crack.
These rigs have come a long way since the first budget 4WD challenge, the Pony has had a complete budget build treatment in Jocko's garage while Daryl has some brand new custom made barwork, and a trick or two up his stinky old sleeves!
We had proper fun on this one, give it a watch and let us know when you're going to have a go at big red!

U think hes tall in the vids wait until u meet him In real life. I met the crew on Fraser Island at Indian head (-graham as he was still in lockdown) then i met roothy and gleno along orchard beach just before u get to Sandy cape the next day. Will never be able to forget that trip

As for the pony, doesn't need much more. Doing alright as it is. Turbo 5L wouldn't go astray though...

Chromoly drivetrain over any other kids in the pony but. More lightness and right pedal is the pony key to success

You have it much better over there mate, I too have a ln106 (single cab) and it’s not all fun and games I get defected regularly for a 3 inch lift and a 1 inch body lift with 33s

A mod suggestion for Daryl that’s come from the wife. A set of tyres and rims instead of robbing sooty each time. Stick with the 35’s for sure 👍🏿

I work on a job site and if there is a oil spill all hell breaks loose reports environmental bs etc
On this episode it looks as nothing is don’t to clean it up and this is our beautiful glass house mountains. I say you guys would do right thing but set an example show the clean up and being responsible for the environment teach others.

Ok so that's me done!!.... What I am doing now is not as fun as this, I'm gonna move to Australia- to Queensland and somehow get enough money and then get a 4x4 and then learn to wheel. I know there's covid and all sorts of of barriers but I give myself 4 years to make it happen. I'll post back in 2025 if I get there. Meantime gonna keep enjoying this channel- it rocks.
