I do this with the forks on my gradal all the time. it works very well. i usually need it for tires smaller than 19.5"....never seem to need them for larger tires....bead hammer has worked just fine.

Yeah the commercial tires are way easier. I usually use a 12lb hammer and with 1 or 2 swings it's off. Occasionally I'll get a stubborn one.

Chase you rasseled that tire off in no time. I need a 60hp tractor too. 👍

I've found a big loader tractor to be like a Swiss army knife, it's not great at everything but you can do a lot of tasks with one machine.

I adjust my pallet forks to just wider then the wheel. And works every time, as it presses down on 2 sides at one time. That or a jack and board under the truck. I have used that jack method a lot of times.

I'm gonna have to try the pallet fork one whenever I get a good set of pallet forks. The ones I have now are the free swinging kind on a big pin. Fine for pallets but not very good at anything else lol

Not bad, I priced some land pride 4500lb ones for 1100 a few months back. Just been making do with what I got for now

@@LifeWithChase I bought the bars, welded them to my mounting bracket. Picked up 2 sets of 36" Forks. In all less then $250. and have extra forks. www.palletforks.com/universal/pallet-forks/pallet-fork-accessories/1.25-inch-thick-pair-of-pallet-carriage-fork-bars/149220.html?lang=default

Hey Chase you’re a young man but do you remember the old car bumper jacks? The base was curved and that was used to brake down tires. I wish I still had one 👊

I've seen one before. I have a high lift jack somewhere, don't use it much but suspect it would work. Semi truck landing gear works well to especially if it has a dump valve.

Still wearing the Redwings? How are the insoles and insides of boots holding up?

Nope, got a pair of Rocky's now someone give me. They seem to be doing as well as the redwings I had so far

Have heard good things about Rocky boots too other than theres a break in period.
