@johnnynotenglish9751 I can see why you're going, laughing emoji crazy. I guess I forgot about McDonald's, Walmart, every telemarketing job,
children that cannot keep up educational wise, and quite a few wars. Sorry I'll stand by my comment because most of the rest world really doesn't need what we have to offer but a singer loved throughout the world 47 years beyond the grave to me is the best we've produced here. 😉😅🤣😂😂👋 Vicki

@johnnynotenglish9751 We have a different definition of gift apparently. As far as other artists are concerned I can't think of one that had the impact on people around the world like he did and continues to this day. Vicki

@johnnynotenglish9751 Rap and Talylor Swift? Come back 47 years after they're gone and let me know how many fans are planning their vacations around celebration weeks dedicated to them. To my knowledge none exist for any other artist to this day. Elvis created himself, the con man just had connections to open more doors, he created nothing. Vicki

The real Elvis presley was very religious man. The man people saw on stage was the image for the approval of his fans. When Elvis Presley was alone at Graceland he was a total spiritual man who loved to sing Gosple songs on his piano. A meditated in his bedroom talk to God a pray.

According to Wikipedia, there is no evidence that Elvis Presley or his mother ever made a case of Jewish ancestry. For the American columnist Nate Bloom as for the administrators of the site Jew Or Not Jew, this story of a distant Jewish ascendant of the singer would be only pure invention. Sorry, Guy ... Born in Mississippi, Elvis Aaron Presley was the only son of Gladys Love Smith and Vernon Elvis Presley. He had Scottish, Irish and French (Norman) ancestors, and one of his mother's great-grandmothers was Cherokee. As you can read on an online forum, Elvis Presley was interested in all religions and prized Jewish symbols as well as Christian symbols, but it was probably because, according to his own words, he did not want miss paradise because of a detail. In reality, he was indeed a Christian, not a Jew.

Elvis was part Jewish, his mother’s side of the family. He wore a necklace which has on it the Star of David . .. in his Graceland manor are several objects relating to his faiths, both Jewish and Christianity.
