some tips for the future, shoot the cupola on tigers with the fat cupola if they end up angled or head on with you, it will always kill commander and gunner and sometimes the loader too. it almost always short circuits the player's brain (kruppstahl and all that). Tigers also always have ammo stored in the sponson on the front left of the tank (Driver's side above the track) and while APCR isnt great at setting ammo off, you can usually set it off with 2 APCR to that rack. You can also take way more ammo then you already are, as its all stored low in the hull and if you're being penetrated, you're already dead without them aiming for the ammo
That took me a very long time to figure out since everyone always raves about angling. Also when I first got it, I thought it would be the first time I can stop using Sherman tactics and start engaging in head on fights. Well the 75 told me otherwise.
as a tiger player wiht 2500 games in the tiger e this is very true and prefer to shoot jumbos in the lower side hull then in the machine gun port as it is less trolly eve the smallest bit of side and the shell will usaly go thru
Tiger H1s are remarkably easy to deal with in the Jumbo in my experience. If you don't have a side shot, you can pretty easily hit the cupola with APHE to wipe out the turret crew. After that you just manoeuvre around to their side. Tiger Es are much harder since they don't have that cupola weak-spot, so it's barrel and track torture time for them.

Being early to a new Haigs video really is awesome. Jumbo is such a fun vehicle in the right situation though, its a pure menace same thing with the T26E5 Jumbo Pershing. I love the American tech tree!

I think also the angled sides that it shares with the Elefant/Ferdinand are able to be penned by the 75, from memory those are directly in front of Ammo if you got 20-30 shells.
Aiming for the commander's Coppola on a lot of vehicles especially the Russian in German ones that aren't angled are very thin and can be easily pierced by a lot of rounds and calibers
Cobra king is hilarious when three tigers realise they cant pen you and you track and barrel them. Watch em panic as you pick off their crew one by one with the apcr thingys. Great fun. 😂
What's different between the Cobra King and the standard Jumbo? I know with the jumbo to go for the MG port (which I've gotten good at hitting even if it's bushed up, few love letters received for that one)
The tiger at the end of the video was such a pain to watch with the m61 shot u can shoot the cupola and kill the turret crew only works for the H1 variant tho and for other tanks with cupolas
8:14 at that distance you could have gone for a cupola shot, unless the optics decide to eat the whole shell you should be able to take out their whole turret crew
with Jumbo, Maim and Kill is the main playstyle. For the IS series, you can one shot with the normal APCBC round through the cupola even if they are sideways to you. Russian side shots are sketchy at best. Same with Tiger H/E if they are angled, the cupola works all the time (better on H than E)

Idk what you're on about. The panther goes straight through the jumbo ufp, and the 75 on the jumbo will a lot of the time struggle to pen tigers even from the side. Its a mid tank that gets overhyped because german mains are so used to 1 shotting things they get braindead
I do miss flying with my B-17s but I also felt like the wing rip was overly aggressive, one minute you're in a shallow decent reducing throttle the next Gaijin says "No no wings for you".
with the tracks, it was a complete bug they have tried to fix before, if you aimed just a little bit up, or the turret cheeks you would've got the kill
Idk about you, but I rarely ever get penned frontally by a panther. Its generally good knowlede to through in a smidge of angling to boost effective thickness even more.
My load on Jumboi is 35 APHE and 35 APCRs , with APHE you can one shot most of thing with shooting weakspots ( Tiger cupola ) and with apcr you will pen every tank with flat parst that have more armor than 100mm ( IS1/2 turret cheeks, Panther Turret face , Tiger Front plate )
the first game pained me when going against that M10, you have HE but never use it. The paaain, and the fight against the Porsche Tiger, there is multiple places you could've shot that you didn't, the agony.. Still good video
There are only a few spots on the mantlet of the tiger that are very small where the APCR can pen. At that range you can just pen the front plate itself with APCR but iron was unknowingly handicapping himself going for the drivers port. I guess he thought there was a clear slot there but there isn't, at least on the H1. I usually go for the cupola or the right sponson.

I'm not very sure how the matchmaking works and I am not here to brag.... But I did hear from several friends that the better you do in a tank/overall, the more up tiers you get. Please let me know what you as a Warthunder player think/experience.

Nah.. at 6.3 and you're just a slower sherman with a sub-par gun at the BR, everything can kill you but you can't do anything against most of the things swarming the BR like Tiger 2 or IS-2 or HEAT shells, Jumbo is 5.3, the Jumbo 76 however is 6.3, and that thing is just sad
idk, we are playing a different game xD Just take out the Bulldog, M18 or M36B2 if you are 7.0 or higher or don't feel comfortable at 6.7. Should you engage a IS2 or Tiger 2 play clever and never go into a direct confrontation. The 88 can strugle if you play your cards right. The IS2 can easily be penned frontally and oneshot. Tiger 2 is a bit different, but not undoable. You can always just run away with smoke shells. Angle a little and everything smaller than a 88 bounces, while you can snipe shit from 1000m away while on the move with the stab and okay velocity. The 76 also has somehow much better angle performance than the german 75. Light tanks suffer from the .50 on your roof. Aaaaand, trolling Panther is so much fun~@@justsomehaatonpassingby4488

If you like tanks I have taken it into 6.3 paired with the Centurian II from the last Battle Pass and...yeah still kicked mucho ass, 3 kills 2 assists.

Got the decal and jumbos are actually very easy to take out just take out the tracks and aim for the mg port pretty easy if you ask me

I find bombing in Air sim is great too, and I actually enjoyed it. I ground out 3/4 of the Japanese tree with the premium B-17

When you get tanks with Laser Range and HESH it's very satisfying to lob them over hills onto light armor
Hit ANY opn top with the 75mm HE and you'll get the kill more often than not.
Apcr can pen a lot more than just the hull of the Tiger. Going for the turret cheeks in the last clip wouldve saved you a lot of time.

@@TennesseeYuri my apcr be built different. I run more apcr than aphe. But that's probably due to how I play more head on fights rather than flanking.
