Jesus made a clear master text when he stated that and I quote.
And this is life eternal THAT THEY MAY KNOW THEE THE ONLY TRUE GOD and know that Jesus was sent by you (as the Messiah)

Jesus is making it clear that God is the only alone one true God.
All other scriptures have to be interpreted using this master text, that is clear and with NO ambiguous statements and is not used as a parable.
Therefore any scriptures in the New Testament that hint to Jesus being God or close to God are faulty ordinary mans beliefs and their writings or interpreted wrongly, because the master text, the words from Jesus says God is the only true God alone and Jesus is sent by him and we should know and believe this to have eternal life.
