    Meet Adam LaRoche of E3 Ranch & E3 Meats Company - 1:15
    The entire series was shot at E3 Ranch in Fort Scott, Kansas. Former MLB player Adam LaRoche, along with his wife Jennifer, created E3 Meats Company on their fifth-generation family ranch with a true passion for responsibly raised, better tasting beef. The company’s foundation also supports veterans and active military members through outdoor experiences.

    For the best cook on a thick cut, like a Bone-In Tomahawk Steak, Moe recommends a reverse sear process.
    - Cover the steaks in oil and cover in your rub of choice. (Moe recommends his steakhouse rub for great depth and flavor!)
    - Cook in a smoker (indirect heat) until they reach an internal temperature of 128-132 degrees. Sear on a hot grill to finish the exterior of the steak.
    - Let the meat rest for 10 minutes before cutting and serving
