Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
Chaat Masala - 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Red/orange Color - 2 pinch
Lemon Juice - 1 pc
For Gravy:
Onion - 4 pcs
Tomatoes - 5 pcs
Oil
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilly Powder - 1.5 tbsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Kasuri Methi - 1 tbsp
Curd - 100 ml
Fresh Cream - 100 ml
Green Chillies
Coriander Leaves

Equal portions of all three ingredients as ginger, garlic, and green chillies. Make a paste and three g paste is ready.
