Kako napraviti domaći veganski jogurt od zobenih pahuljica

    Ako ste mislili da se jogurt može dobiti samo uz pomoć mliječnih proizvoda, varate se 🥛💚
    Današnji recept je dokaz kako je moguće u vlasitom domu zobene pahuljice pretvoriti u domaći jogurt koji se idealno slaže s raznim pahuljicama, voćem, orašastim plodovima...
    Ako ste alergični na mliječne proizvode ili ih jednostavno izbjegavate - ovo je izvrsna alternativa 🌿
    Probiotici koji se inače nalaze u mliječnim jogurtima također sadrži i ovaj biljni jogurt, a oni su jako bitni za zdravlje probave
    Osim što je izvrsna alternativa također je ekološki prihvatljiviji i bolji izbor za održivost planete ♻️🌍

    💚Priprema💚
    2 šalice krupnih zobenih pahuljica dodajte u blender. Dodajte 4 šalice vode i miksajte 20-30 sekundi na visokoj brzini. Sadržaj procjedite kroz krpu ili maramu. Dobiti ćete zobeno mlijeko. Mlijeko staviti u zdjelu za kuhanje na srednju vatru 5-10 minuta, miješajući pjenjačom. Dobiti ćete gustu puding smjesu (možete dodati prstohvat soli). Ostaviti skroz da se ohladi. U smjesu dodati 2 žlice veganskog jogurta i promješati (kupovnog ili svog ako ste već pravili). Preliti u čistu staklenku, zatvoriti poklopcem i ostaviti negdje na toplo da bakterije odrade svoj posao 12 do 24 sata. Zatim držati u frižideru i trošiti po potrebi. Najbolje iskoristiti u roku tjedan dana.

    💚Preparation💚
    Add 2 cups of coarse oatmeal to the blender. Add 4 cups of water and blend for 20-30 seconds on high speed. Strain the contents through a cloth or scarf. You will get oat milk. Put the milk in a cooking bowl over medium heat for 5-10 minutes, stirring with a whisk. You will get a thick pudding mixture (you can add a pinch of salt). Leave to cool completely. Add 2 tablespoons of vegan yogurt to the mixture and stir (purchased or your own if you have already made it). Pour into a clean jar, close with a lid and leave somewhere warm for the bacteria to do their work for 12 to 24 hours. Then keep in the fridge and consume as needed. Best used within a week.
