The positive and negative charged ions remains balanced and stable when battery is at 50%
When battery is low it also emits higher radiation.
So it's better to charge twice if you can to be on safer side than going full 0-100.
Mai 3 saal se mobile use kar raha hun but abhi tak battery waise he chal rahi hai ( may be 5-10% health chali gyi ho).....Jo tips apne aaj diya use mai pahle se he follow kar raha hun jab se mobile liya hun tab se aaj tak bahut kam he bar aisa hua hai ki meri battery 20% ke niche aaya ho aur bahut kam he bar aisa hua hai ki 100% full charge hua ho.....main kabhi mobile ek bar me charge nhi krta chhote chhote part me karta hun jab bhi khali hua 15_20 minute ke liye change me laga diya.....aise charge krne ke battery ki health aur achhi rahti hai..aur brightness hamesha low rakhta hun.

Le here, Samsung user facing Heating and Battery Draining issue since the day of unboxing and delivery. Model - Samsung Galaxy S23 FE. Pata hain maine hi jaan bujh ke Exynos 2200 choose kiya kyuki emergency tha aur Samsung ka FE series lene ka ichcha bhi tha aur rate bhi achcha khasa gir gaya tha.
Ager company auto- bright ka option nhi degi ,,toh ap log hi troll karna shuru kar dete ho ,, us company ko ,

If we do charge between 30 to 80 then need to do charge d phone twice in a day so again same thing in considering 🔋 cycle coz mobile uses r moderate to heavy now days. Better charge till 85% daily so atleast u can finish a day on moderate uses.

I always use auto brightness but i rarely use under sunlight which is for who's calling that's about it, most of the time i see brightness under 30% in my ambient light conditions i used my pixel 2 XL for 5 year's i just bought Xiaomi 11 lite 5G ne , pixel had socket, buttons and battery but i guess that's expected after this long usage 😂

Ruhez bhai me daily travel karta hu or me approx 5 se 8 hours phone chalata hu. 100 present karne ke bad 8 hours me 40 ya 30 persnteg ho jata hai single charge per. Charger me leke nahi jata hu.
