Their drummer (who I think Is on vocals now) is one of the nicest people ever. My old band, Tortile, played a show with them in Virginia, and his drums ended up getting stuck in Italy. He asked to use my drums, was going to cut holes in the bass drums for triggers and then offered to buy me new drumheads after. One of the coolest people I’ve ever met.

Absolutely, I got the chance to see them not long after this album came out. They were on the Summer Slaughter tour and I hadn't heard of them at the time. I was blown away at their performance and have been a big fan ever since.

To think that the half of the whole 5 mins of the song is just filled with 270 BPM double bass kick is just making my mind blowing. A lot of death metal drummer definitely can acheive this speed, but having to maintain the speed for such a long time is just pure insane. Also this song is just so awesome, it combines classical/symphonic elements and death metal so perfectly. Props to them!

I hope that singing bassist never leaves this band. Like the singing bassist in Dimmu Borgir or the singing drummer in Avenged Sevenfold. Sometimes the secondary vocalist adds so much to the music it becomes rather plain without him.

The vocalist in Dimmu was I.C.S. Vortex. He is in 3 or more bands. Borknogar, Arcturnus and 1 solo album. Then again i probably mispelled them like always

I find it pretty easy. Especially after listening to genres like goregrind and brutal death metal, death metal lyrics become kinda easy. I do get what you mean as I felt the exact same when I first started listening to death metal.
