Kobe is a prefecture is japan where wagyu comes from a certain number of cows get certified to be called kobe .... Miyazaki is a prefecture where wagyu comes from a certain number of cows get to be called miyazaki.... So your statement is false... All the cows are wagyu but to be called kobe it has to come from the province.... So wagyu in Japan is called wagyu which is from the breed of the cattle and not called kobe

The owner is wrong about his definition of wagyu. Wagyu literally translates to Japanese beef. If its not Japanese beef it's not wagyu!. Kobe is a breed of wagyu.
As good as the restaurant and food looks. I cant help but feel this won't work given the location.
