First off let me give you your props You Killing it. my first box Chevy was a 79 Caprice Classic it had Dayton and Vogues same set up moral of the story if you add them chrome window guards for less than a hundred bucks it will give it 85 percent more swagg. I'm 50

Those gold emblems compliment that paint finish perfectly, this is coming from someone who likes to keep things toned down a bit.
That exhaust note is just right, sometimes less is more.
My man! I had a box caprice exactly the same in the 90's. I had it painted the same color, burgundy with the top upgraded to white and the side trim white as well. The rest was kept chrome, bumpers and door handles. But never finished the engine replacement and upholstery. But over all, I loved my car. It's good to see one completed similarly from the same start. Keep it up my man!

A dry floorpan, no rot, just great, a blast if dry ice will make it look almost as good as the new paint finish.

You did that bro 💪🏼 original with a twist best way to do it 💯💪🏼 doing a LS swap on my 79 rn. I’m on a smoke break I’m power washing the front frame/engine bay. Just got finished cutting the exhaust off bouta drop the tank and put the new one in lil later today

That Came out Very Nice on Point Alot of Money spend well Only Thing I would do different is all my Engine work Happens before I hit the Paint Shop Get all that Dirty work out the Way Engine transmission brakes etc that way you dont have to put your hands on someone at the body shop for Scratching your Paint or ripping your interior seat lol Man love your creativity Clean thanks for posting

Clean Box Chevy keep doing ya thang!!! I'm from Tennessee where Box Chevy's and Donks are a car of choice. Just want to know why on most makeover's on Classic Cars is the fender trim around the wheel well removed? All the original chrome trim in my opinion is what makes any upgrades even more A-1.

Dog ,i kept a 77 impala with a 350 cu in engine and a cruise control that was stashed in the turn signal switch .i t went right to 55 and i could almost go to sleep ,riding sweet .and thise potholes were just that .pop .i would guve my right arm to have yours .i would love to tint that and cover it up when not in use .dig me ...some fly ish
